Cleaned entire house however left pink mold in bathroom ceiling fans dusty. Brought to Stephanie's attention and she returned my call. I sent pics and she responded to my email. I told her I wasn't looking to get anything or get anyone in trouble have not heard back and I thought that was a bit unprofessional. Cleaners would not honor my coupon and Stephanie did not either.

I used Molly Maid for almost 2 years and the same girls came each time. They were very pleasant and polite. I was sometimes there at 2pm when they came and a few times I was ill at home, and they accommodated me. I also have 2 dogs and a parrot and within a few visits the dogs were used to the routine and settled down. Everything was always placed back where I had it. Its such a great feeling to come home to a fresh and clean home. And they always left a little thank-you note when they left. Great Service! Wish I could have taken them with me when I moved

We have used Molly Maid of SE Wake County for quite awhile now.  Sometimes we only have them do a "one-time" cleaning, sometimes we have them clean regularly for a period of months and then stop for awhile when I can do the cleaning myself.  They are very accommodating to our needs (schedule-wise and cleaning-wise) and we have never been disappointed with the quality of work.  Stephanie did the original quote for our house (I forget when - it was a long time ago) and she is the one that usually answers the phone when you call.  She is very professional and very nice.  She really cares about your cleaning needs and concerns and she works hard to give you the best quote possible.  We have tried other cleaning companies in the past and while they were very good, they were not as accommodating.  For example, sometimes I only need certain rooms cleaned (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry) and other times I need the whole house cleaned.  Molly Maid will do what you need.  For example, If you want your whole house cleaned only once every month but want your kitchen and bathrooms cleaned weekly or every two weeks, they'll do it that way!  And Stephanie will give you the quotes you need with no pressure.  Other companies require you have the whole house cleaned, period. Molly Maid is also very responsive - you call and leave a message and you'll get a call back that day if not an hour or two after you have called.   
The cleaning teams Molly Maid has sent to our home have been wonderful.  The ladies are very sweet, professional, and they do a thorough job.  Right now, the ladies that clean our home arrive around 8:15am and I believe they are done by 10am or 10:30am -- we usually aren't home until after 11am so it works perfect.  The house looks and smells great! 
I highly recommend Molly Maid of SE Wake County (or a Molly Maid closest to you) -- you will be very happy with them!!

The Molly Maids representative (Stephanie), came to our home to give us a price estimate. She was on-time and very professional. We hired Molly Maids, because they could guarantee service on the same day, every two weeks and promised to send the same cleaning crew, whenever possible. The day before our appointment, Stephanie calls to give us the approximate time the crew will arrive. If something changes, she always keeps us updated. We are happy with the service Molly Maids provides, especially when our "regular" crew is on the job.
