ABC Sanitation

Atrocious service and unresponsive customer service I live in rural Harnett County and have to pay for garbage and recycling pickup. I pay for weekly pickup. In the last SEVEN weeks I've had my recyclables picked up THREE times - yes, they've missed me FOUR of those weeks. At least two of those weeks I called (and don't we all love to have to remind a company we're paying to do their job?) and was told the drivers were "still on their route" - they never showed up. But guess what? They never forget to bill me.

We've been in our house for nearly five years, and barely ever gave the septic tank a thought.  It just so happened that I decided to keep a deck garden this year and spent a little more time out back.  One day I heard a gurgling noise coming from the tank, and recalled that pumping the thing was always on my 'to do' list, that never got done.  I called and ABC was out the next day.  The providers arrived slightly before the appointed time, met with my husband and explained what they were doing while they were doing it, they showed him how he could perform filter cleaning himself (a service they offer for pay), and suggested a maintenance schedule for us.  We narrowly avoided disaster, but we felt that this company offered sound service and good advice for a fair price.

Wonderful, they do an amazing job. When I forgot to put the trash and recycling out on my very first day of service, the ABC worker came up and pulled the bins down from my house to the drive-way and still emptied them. Very much above and beyond. Will be using ABC as long as I live here.

When you need to call their office you always get a prompt friendly response.  They are very reliable, keep customers informed of any changes, and although others on my street use other providers, I will continue to use ABC Sanitation.

We live in the county and have to contract privately for our garbage collection. When we moved into our home in 1993, there was a can for ABC Sanitation, so we called and started with the service. We have been happy customers of ABC for 20 years now. They always pick up on our scheduled day, the same time every week and they have never missed our house. In our neighborhood, there are at least 3 or 4 different services collecting garbage during the week. ABC's crew is always fast, friendly and helpful. Our can is never overturned or left in the road after collection (as I have seen after a couple of other providers have been through).
The price is incredilby reasonable. We get a discount for paying for the year in advance. ABC also provides weekly recycling pick-up as an optional service. We are kept well-informed about changes in the collection schedule due to holidays. I would recommend them to anyone living in Wake County who needs to contract for residential garbage collection.

Great so far.  We wanted to patronize a local business and we were rewarded with friendly and responsive customer service. 

An excellent company for garbage and recycling needs.

They were very professional and easy to work with. They were very responsible and reliable then the other company they were in competition with.
