Patrick was on time, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Good news, he had the part in stock - bad news, he had just taken the part off his truck a few days earlier, since it wasn't a part that was needed very often. Still, he went back to his shop, and returned after his usual work hours to complete the job that day, and did not charge for the extra time involved in retrieving the part. Very courteous, very professional - I don't look forward to having appliance repairs, but when I need them, I will definitely be calling him again!

He was very pleasant and prompt (even showed up at our house a little early!) and he had the appropriate parts already with him (had diagnosed the problems over the phone by my description).
He fixed our stove a year ago as well. The repair worked great, but when moving the stove out of its space unfortunately part of the linoleum on the floor was torn. He offered to make it right by paying for any repairs, but we decided to redo the flooring in the whole downstairs with hardwood at that point anyhow.
When Mr. Talley came to work on the fridge, he remembered this incident and actually did the repair for free as compensation. Now that is great customer service. HIGHLY recommend him!

Overall, this was a stress-free repair job.

Very prompt, professional. We were informed about washing the lint catcher on a regular basis (had no idea!). Pleased that thoroughly cleaned lint from inside of the unit as there were places that I could not have cleaned unless the unit was taken apart.. Very helpful with suggestions. Very pleased with work and would definitely use them again.

We called and left a phone message early in the morning. The owner returned our call, and because our refridgerator had suddenly stopped working, he worked us in for a 1:30pm appointment on the same day. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowlegable. He listened well. He explained what he was doing as he worked. The job was completed in two and a half hours. We were so impressed with him, we decided to purchase a preventative maintenance package, and made an appointment for him to return for that in two weeks.

He had to make two trips. One, to diagnose the problem and realize he had to order the part from the factory. Two, to install the part the next week. I was completely satisfied and would recommend his services.

We are very satisfied and would use his services again. A nice man who charged a reasonable fee and was prompt to respond.

My husband and I were going to replace the felt seal on our dryer, but once we bought the part we realized how messy (the glue is terrible) and in depth it was going to be. I found Patrick's reasonable prices on is Ad on Craigslist. When I saw what great reviews he received on Angie's list I gave him a call. He came out the next night, took apart the dryer, installed the seal, vacuumed around the motor and offered to change the belt while he was here. He also gave me tips on how to clean the dryer and my refridgerator so I could avoid service calls. Patrick was very personable and his prices were very reasonable. I was able to get everything fixed for less than a service call from Sears.

I was very, very pleased with the quality of his work and the price. He knew absolutely what he was doing, even on a Samsung dryer, which a lot of servicers won't work on. He talked about how he grew up helping his grandpa repair appliances, starting from when he was a little kid. He told us how to avoid this problem in the future. I was impressed at his pricing as well. Great guy.

I was amazed at Patrick's promptness---he answered his phone himself and came out the same day, and my clothes were dried by the time I went to bed, thanks to him. I would definitely call him again; Patrick is a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful man. He explained exactly what was wrong, what and why he offered the solution he did, and made our life much easier for not much money at all.

Both times I called, Patrick was able to come to my house promptly. His knowledge of large appliances was quite apparent as he shared knowledge with us while he worked. My husband and I already have recommended Patrick to a couple of our friends. We will not hesitate to contact him in the future.

I called Friday morning and left Patrick a message. He called back that afternoon and discussed the problem with me. He thought it sounded like a pump problem so he went to pick up the part and came the next morning (Saturday) at 10 am to fix the washer. He was right on time, very friendly, professional and fixed the problem in an hour. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is arguably the best experience I have EVER had with appliance repair. Patrick was prompt, professional, and efficient. His charges were by far lower than any other estimates I recieved. I will definitely call him again for future appliance repair. Highly recommended !!!!

I found Patrick on Craigslist and phoned him (Friday). He scheduled an appt for the following day (Saturday) but since he was also in our area that night (Friday) and I work late from home he stopped by and repaired the washer. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me (so I could understand it ). Pretty much I now have a new washer machine that should last me another 7+ years (already 10 yrs old) unless the transmission blows. He saved us so much money. i would never by another service contrat I would just call him. I had a service contract on this before and had asked about the grease getting on our clothes. They said it was build up. I asked Patrick and he new exactly what it was. Not build up but a bad Water Inlet. He is the nicest most down to earth person you will meet. I highly recommend him. The total above was $60 labor (1 hr) and $80 parts. He only charges what he pays for them. No need to look any farther you won't be disappointed.
