Nole's Cabinet Inc

Jennifer called me a few days later and all six chairs were repaired and ready for pickup. They did an excellent job. the chairs look great and my wife was happy with the reults also. The thing is Noles is not a furniture repair shop and they are very busy building cutom cabinetry. They took the time anyway to help me out and did a great job. It pays to do business locally when you can. If you are looking for custome cabinetry you should go by their shop. Very impressive.

-In late Feburary Mr. Noles met us at their showroom duing non working hours because of our schedule. We had a rough sketch of what we wanted, so Mr. Noles showed us different option until we came up with a design. Two days later they provided a detailed plan via email for us to approve. They also sent someone to the house to get detailed and accurate measurement.
We paid half as downpayment at the end of March and they began building the units (3) at their facility. On 2 April the units were delivered and installed in just a few hours. The fit was perfect. They also continued the crown molding from the top of the bookcase around the entire room.
On 3 Apil the painter arrived and applied the first layer of paint.
On 4 April the painter returned for an additional layer of paint.
The bookcases look great and are of high quality. The entire experience was easy and professional. They have our highest recommendation.
Note: The time delays were to meet our schedule and were not attributed to Nole's.

Joe Brock was the contact man. He sent Ted to measure. The estimate seemed reasonable. About two weeks later Ted installed two really nice, well fitted and securely anchored slide out shelves. Nice people, nice job.

Overall a very good experience. This was our first ever kitchen renovation. We obtained quotes from several different companies. The sales staff was very helpful and professional. They were able to promptly answer all our questions and guide us through the selection process. The overall price was very competitive with other companies. Also we received some very good referrals on companies which were needed for other work (Eg. Electrical). The installation went smoothly with no major issues. The installers arrived on time and completed the project in just a few visits. The only negative for our entire experience was the fact that the installation was not turnkey. They removed a lot of existing molding in the kitchen and did not replace all of it. Some of what they replaced was re-installed very hastily that required a lot of repair on my part. In fairness they did come back to fix an issue with the cabinetry surrounding the light over the sink. I admit these are small details but a little more care during the installation process would have went a long way. All this being said I would recommend Noles for future kitchen renovation projects. Based on my experience its worth having a detailed discussion on setting expectations during installation to avoid surprises.

I worked with a designer from the company who was a great help. He figured out a way to make everything on my list fit and made suggestions that turned out to be wonderful. He was also helpful in helping me to maintain my budget without sacrific to the overall look. I recieved several plans before approval. I changed my mind several times without any hestations or complaints. The installation was seamless. All the guys were helpful, professional and friendly. The timing for arrival was on the dot. No mess made in the house. Every detail was thought out and measured. Someone came out after the installation for a walk thru with me. There was one tiny nick which was repaired (by someone who only does repairs) I cannot even find where it was. Plus at any time in the future I can call them for a touchup. One of the spice drawers didn't open smoothly and it was taken back to the shop and returned to me within a few hours.

The design was great, we had a few details to work out, Noles has been good to address every detail to our satisfaction

The cabinets are gorgeous. The team that installed them were professional and their work is perfection! Worth every penny we spent. Not only did they beat every other estimate I recieved (including the big box) the cabinets are custom to my specifications. All the hardware was included in the price. I am glad we chose them to do our cabinets. You can't go wrong with Noles.
