Amazing experience, guys were professional and creative.

As new homeowners moving into an "older" home, we had a lot of concerns about the condition of the electrical system. The Arc technicians arrived on time and checked the breaker box as well as an outlet in each room. We had lots of questions and they were able to answer all of them. They were very professional and courteous. We will definitely use their services in the future!

The disposal was not hooked up because our new dishwasher was installed on the same circuit as it (NEC Code Violation).  We brought Arc in to disconnect the disposal last week so we could get our new dishwasher installed.  The two foreman Sam and Nate did a great job of coordination to see if there was an option to fish down the wiring for the disposal without cutting a hole in the cabinet.  Based on the previous visit I was fully expecting to need to patch the wall.  After both of them doing a careful review it was not necessary at all and they were able to run the circuit with no problems at all.
The ceiling fan work went very smooth and we purchased some fans from Lowes that Arc installed today.  They provided a dedicated switch per our request for the fan and the lights.  We originally had the bottom receptacles on a switch and were able to get them wired continuous on in the process of wiring the switch. 
The team of Sam and Nate were very good about keeping things cleaned up as they got along from one project to the next.  After they left Sam even called to let me know he forgot to remove some debris where under the cabinet for the disposal wiring was routed.  Both teams were very friendly and knowledgeable!
We will be looking forward to using Arc in the future again for any electrical needs.  They did a first class job from beginning to end!

I looked up Arc through Angie's List and the BBB.  Sam was our technician and was very knowledgeable and understood our circumstances.  He disconnected the disposal from the dishwasher circuit so the Lowe's contractor can complete the install of the new dishwasher.  
We also discussed options for getting the new circuit from the panel so the disposal will be wired on a separate circuit in the future.  They are planning on doing the disposal wiring on March 6th.
We are so happy with their work we also plan to get some ceiling fans installed in our bedrooms (There is currently no fan, junction box, or wiring on the ceiling at the moment)  I would highly recommend them and look forward to establishing a relationship in the future for any other electrical work needs that might come up.

We were very impressed with the Arc Electric team and their work.  Our initial contact was with Rich, who responded quickly to our request for a house visit to go over plans and get an estimate (which he provided before he left).  We found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful (providing ideas and recommending products), and professional.  For these reasons, and because the estimate was acceptable to us, we decided to move forward with Arc Electric -- which turned out to be a good decision!  On the scheduled workday, Sam and Cory were punctual, actually arriving 10 minutes early.  These highly-skilled and detail-oriented young men worked non-stop, carefully and thoroughly completing each project in a timely manner.  We are very pleased with the work they did; everything works well and looks great.  We have more electrical projects planned and will definitely be using Arc Electric again.

I was looking to schedule the work quickly as we have a new cooktop coming.  The receptionist on the phone last week would not give a rough estimate over the phone (rather required to have an onsite estimate) but after requesting it she offered to have an electrician call me back.  He (Nate) did so promptly the same day and confirmed a range I had heard elsewhere, so we setup an onsite estimate that would turn into the actual work if desired.  
Today Nate and Cory (I think) showed up very friendly and courteous. As with most service providers I expected a phone call to let me know they were on their way, but that did not happen which is why I knocked down the Professionalism grade.  However, that is the one blip and I'm very happy with the rest of the relationship management.  
Nate answered my questions, I agreed to the quote, and then they ran out to buy wiring and begin the work.  The price quoted was a little bit higher than another provider I checked with, so I would say the pricing is good not excellent.  Our cooktop requires 30 amps which is abnormally low and from shopping some require 50 amps so I requested the wiring support the greater amount for future extensibility even though the breaker needs to be 30 amp to do its job for this current appliance.  While installing we chatted about some other potential projects and Nate gave some good ideas to consider.  End to end it was probably 1.5 hours and looks great.  
The junction box is installed and ready, though I won't see it in action until we get the cooktop installed by other folks next week.  
I highly recommend Arc based on how everyone I interacted with performed.

Rich came a little over a week ago. He was on time and very professional and courteous. We went over my list of things which we needed estimates for, he made good notes, gave some helpful tips, and said he'd email me the estimate. I received the estimate very quick and within a day or two, called Arc to schedule the work.
This morning, Nate showed up early and ready to go. He said Rich would be coming soon. I showed Nate what all I wanted done with a few extra questions. Once we were done with that, Rich showed up and they went to the electrical supply store to gather the exact parts they needed.
They just left 15 minutes ago. Everything went great and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only did they do all I asked for very well but they offered me some helpful money saving tips on some other projects I have in mind.
Some companies come and do work for you and you can tell they just seem to be putting on the charm to get good reviews. Rich and Nate seem to be just genuinely good people who care about the customer and want them to be pleased with what their company has to offer. I will ALWAYS use Arc Electric from now on and will recommend only them to anyone else in the future.

Sam and Corey were great!  They were efficient, friendly and helpful.  They gave me an estimate for all the work then got it done promptly.  Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable, and were honest about what did and didn't have to be done.  The office staff was equally friendly and helpful.   Highly recommend and plan to use and recommend Arc in the future!

Arrived on time, took the time to review the job with us, very organized and efficient. Nice guys who were a pleasure to have in the house. Very careful with furniture and walls. Did I mention that I got three quotes and they were the lowest! Did a great job, cleaned up and removed old fixtures. I would recommend Arc to anyone who needs electric work done.

This is the second time we have used Arc Electric. We have been pleased with their responsiveness, explanations of issues and solutions, and professionalism. The first time, they installed a 220V electric car charging station in our garage. Then yesterday, the team was in to install a new line and dedicated circuit for our new treadmill. They encountered some issues, which made the project take quite a bit long than we had originally anticipated. That said, they kept us completely informed along the way and stayed until the job was done, and done well. We also had to have a part replaced, which hadn't been anticipated on the estimate. They didn't charge us for the part and met the estimate cost 100%. We will definitely be calling them for future services.

The installation went very well.  Nate and Rich had to do some problem solving along the way in order to install the sconces at the height I wanted.  Problem solving and thinking outside the box  are strong suits for Nate and Rich.  I noticed that immediately the last two times they came to our house for installations.  When I indicated that I was disappointed with  the way the sconces looked because the sides were open and the light bulbs showed,  they immediately recommended decorative type light bulbs consistent with our decorating style to eliminate my objections.  They are knowledgeable about  the latest available products in the marketplace.
Nate and Rich are easy going, good listeners and are a pleasure to work with.  I would not hesitate to use them again for anything electrical.

The technician came out to evaluate the issues I was having (main breaker heating up). He said there was a problem with the main breaker, and also pointed out some other issues with the panel (that I was already aware of from previous electricians). He said he could replace the main breaker or replace the panel, and I opted to replace the panel, as I've always been somewhat worried about these other issues. He came back two days later with the new panel, and had it installed within about 5 hours.
All service was very professional and friendly.

They were excellent and I give them all A's. They had two very knowledgeable people.

Without a hitch and totally fair price.  I'd received quotes for more than double what Arc quoted me from almost everyone else I called for an estimate.  These guys had totally fair prices, were VERY prompt in coming out, and were very personable when they were onsite.  Besides installing the box, they took extra time to re-trace all the wires and check all the connections and alarm circuits, much more than I would have expected them to do.  Overall - very detailed, very quality work, and we were totally satisfied.  We'd use these fellas again without hesitation.

From the very start, Rich and his crew were very professional. From the initial estimate,  Rich actually shared some great ideas on something different than what we were first thinking of doing.  He did it in such a way that was not pushy b ut informative. We really loved his design ideas and went with them.  We're doing a total remake of our kitchen, and the first step was new electric fixtures.
We removed a hanging fixture, and replaced it with 5 cans and 3 pendants.  To do  this, they had to tap off of existing lines. This did cause a couple of small holes put into the ceiling which we new from the day of the estimate. Actually, in our case one of the rafters was doubled up so they needed to put in a 3rd small hole, but did it in the best possible way.
The team that came in with Rich (there were 3 of them) were  all very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. They were on time, very clean, and a pleasure to work with as they worked on my house.  They did a great job hanging a 2 story fixture, making sure it was lined up correctly and assembled it right out of the box.  They also were happy to add on a job for me on another fixture that day.
I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Great company!

Outstanding responsiveness and effort!   We had a circuit go out which prevented the lights in one bathroom, a bedroom, and a closet  to operate, so we contacted ARC Electric.  We left a message and they called back right away.  We had a repairman at our residents within an hour.   He checked the circuit, and checked the functioning of all the outlets on that one circuit and determined that  there were bare wires at one outlet which were  touching each other causing the circuit breaker to keep the  power from accessing these outlets, obviously preventing a potential fire.  He repaired the wiring issue and the circuit breaker began allowing power back to these outlets.  While he was here we explained to him a different problem we had been having with another circuit for several months, a problem which we had contacted several other electricians with no success.  They either claimed lack of knowledge of what the problem could be or wanted to come out and do a massive electrical assessment.  The problem was that , on an inconsistent basis, the circuit breaker which controlled our living room, ceiling fan, TV, DVD player, and DVR would randonly kicked off.  We had attempted several trails to see if there was a logical, consistent cause to this with no success.  No other electrical company would come out and look at it.  The repairman with ARC Electrical went to the panel box, removed the one circuit breaker which controlled this circuit, indicated to us it was warm to the touch and that this should not be, so he left to get the part needed to replace this one circuit, and problem solved.   We are so impressed with the company's responsiveness as a whole and this one gentleman's personal work ethic, professional manne, efficiency, and friendliness.   We will personally recommend this company to anyone who requires the use of an electrician,    This company should be at the top of Angie's List for electricians because the other electricians we had called were also on Angie's List but none put forth the effort which ARC did or seemed to care to assist us to solve our circuit problem or have the knowledge to fix it.  

Rich came to give us an estimate back in June.  We told him what we thought we wanted and he listened attentively.  THEN, he made suggestions that far exceeded our ideas.  When I was unsure about my under cabinet lighting, he went to far as to bring samples of both alternatives and let me actually see what the end result would be.  He is such a perfectionist that he refused to use the screws that came with our special order outlet/switch covers (which came from a source outside his company).  He actually made a special trip back to replace those screws with ones that he felt looked better with those stone covers!  The people from Arc are true professionals: they honor their estimates; they show up on time every time they are scheduled; they provide service that is just unheard of in this day and age.  If you are looking for truly professional electricians, who take pride in their work, call Rich and his crew.  We will never consider anyone else if we need an electrician!
