They take good care of the dog and cat. The only issue is the long wait to get in to see them but other than that I would recommend them to anybody.

It went awesome, they made my anxious dog very comfortable and took time to address all the questions I asked.

I started bringing my little dog to Academy when I first got him in late 2008. During the first year, he needed several procedures and I left him there all day while I went to work. I never actually saw a doctor during that time. I always thought that was a little strange. The only "reporting" was from the front desk administrator. As time went by, I began making his appointments on Saturdays so I could be with him during the exams. I then noticed that we never saw the same doctor twice. In November 2010 it was time for the dog's annual shots and checkup. As usual, we saw a doc we'd never seen before and I cannot remember her name. She really got focused on the dog's weight and actually never got around to checking his eyes, ears, mouth, etc. I was totally speechless at the lecture I received and went home in a state of shock. The people who work the front desk are really friendly, helpful, and patient. I plan to continue taking my dog there.

It's close to us. We have been going to them for 3 years and they always take care of our animals.

My last visit with them went fine. They have been good with both boarding services and regular veterinary appointments. I think their price is a little high, but I have not used another veterinary service in North Carolina; compared to other states, they are high. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

I don't remember how much I spent. They are really very unique. They are also very nice over there. They are very punctual. They can usually get me in whenever I need to get in. I would use their services again in the future.

Don't let the price scare you away, this was for multiple tests that had to be sent off. Our dog has had GI problems ever since he was a puppy, we've spent thousands on him over time and tried multiple vets. This is the first place I've had a good feeling about. We still aren't sure, but we're a lot closer than any of the other vets have been. The doc is very upfront about everything she knows and provides valuable services.

The exam went just fine and they were very good as usual. I take my dogs here for boarding and all of their health needs as well. They have pretty typical charges, but, I am not sure what they are right now. I know they have really good rates though. They also do grooming here as well. The environment is nice and I have no concerns at this time.
