Brandon was punctual and the time estimate he gave me to do the work was almost to the minute! That's so important when you are planning your day so I really appreciated that. He has been in the business for 20 years so he really knows what he is doing. His prices are fair and reasonable and not only does he do excellent work, but definitely "goes the extra mile". Courteous, professional and wonderful attention to detail. I recommend him highly.

"Hello, I am sorry you were unhappy with the cleaning service. Quality and customer service is very important to me. I spent over an hour on the cleaning and did the best I could, but the white sofa was severely stained and discolored due to a large dog. I was very upfront on the phone and in person that the expectations were very low on the cleanability of the sofa before starting the project. I was told to try and clean it anyway. I hope this does not deter you from using my company in the future."

Brandon was very professional. He was willing to come to our home and walk through to get a thorough understanding of the project. He answered all my questions and provided sound advice. The estimate was reasonable. He came promptly for the cleaning appointment and worked diligently. I was pleased with the results for the rooms he cleaned and look forward to the return of the large wool rugs that he took off-site for special cleaning.
