Great customer service and problem fixed at reasonable price.

I called ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived on time in the service lane, the service folks took good care of me, allowed me to stay in the van while they programmed the remotes, and got me out the door in a timely manner. They respected the fact that I had called in ahead and made an appointment and went to great lengths to be friendly, courteous, and to fix my remotes in a timely manner so that I could get back to my day's responsibilities. The gentleman that actually worked with the remotes in the van was a technical marvel. He knew exactly how to get the job done. I had a pleasant experience at Reed Lallier and would recommend their service department to anyone.

I carried the car in for an estimate. Received a call the same day with an estimate and I told them to fix it. They did and did it quicker than quoted. Great Job!!!

The salesmen were very helpful. I went to a car buying service, so, my information was kind of spread out with different dealership, and they were just the most responsive. They called me back and checked on me even though I was like doing a slow process to where I knew I was going to wait for a few weeks before I would be ready to buy. They kept following through with me and setting up appointments for me to come in, look at the cars, and test-driving them. Then when I leave, they still would call me back, make sure everything was okay, and make sure all of my questions were answered.

I'm not too thrilled with them, but I still do business with them in the service department. Unfortunately, I have to go back to them tomorrow. There is an issue with my Onstar and I have to have them fix it. I don't have to spend anything because it is under warranty. I don't have a problem with the service department yet. I'm sure that they did the best they could. I had brought my car in April of last year. They were very nice and everything had worked out fine. I went back since wanting to attend on another vehicle or see if I was wanting to trade in this vehicle. There were different things I wanted to do, and nobody ever got back to me. There was no customer service in the sales department. That's how they make their living. I would not go back to them again for sales.
