Sean and his crew removed my old fence and erected a new one for me and did an excellent job. I They were careful working around my plants and did a great job of cleaning up.

Did me a very good job on time said what he would do and done it did a very good cleanup afterwards thanks Home Advisor for recommending them.

Sean was the best, he did what was expected and did a wonderful job. Will be calling on other projects.

I definitely would've given them 5 stars overall except in their haste to leave they left nails out in the road. Otherwise they were great to work with. Great, simple pricing, and easy to get in contact with.

They installed architectural shingles and at my request glued every single shingle tabs down with polyurethane based sealant . This took the GAF warranty from 130 to 170 mph . I was really impressed by how concerned conscientious he was that the gluing be done thoroughly he said never has a request for EVERY SINGLE SHINGLE TO BE GLUED. explained that I am up on a hill and we get bad hurricane winds and so he ever seriously glued every shingle. This is time l have hired him and every time her done it cheaper , faster and better than any one else . He is a nice guy reliable guy I can count on. No grumbling, No complaining. He is cheerful and friendly. I enjoy working with him. I feel like I git a real good deal and that now I have the most wind proof possible roof. I am very very happy.

Sean and his crew did above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend. We needed a new roof, our house paint was in rough shape with rotting trim and our ceiling popcorn was coming off. We are more than pleased. Sean himself was more than courteous, worked around our schedule and double checked everything to make sure it was perfect. His crew also very courteous and hardworking. Our ceiling is very high and they had to work around a large pool table, they did whatever was necessary to get the job done and done right. The roof looks amazing and we absolutely love our new house paint and trim, The ceiling is beautiful! His pricing is very fair and we will be contacting again for future work. They were also very trustworthy which was very important to us. Highly recommend.

Sean is polite and the crew worked in stifling heat. Be sure your expectations are clear. I'm not happy with the appearance of the gate, there is a wedge shaped picket that is very noticeable. From maybe an Inch wide to a sliver. I expressed my disappointment and was told "I'm sure all your neighbors fences have at least one"

I desperately needed a new roof. My roof was 25 years old and showing its age. I researched on both Home Advisor and Angie's List for roofers and after reading the reviews, I solicited three bids. Pronyl Builders (Sean) was not the lowest bid, but Sean's bid was the most detailed. I accepted Sean's bid based on our first meeting. Sean was punctual, very polite, very professional and very accurate. (As someone who works with the public, I appreciate these qualities.) We set a date to install my new roof. On the date on installation, Sean's roofing crew arrived on time, got right to work and finished my roof in one and 1/2 days. During this time, I noticed that the roofers were extremely quality oriented. (Not knowing much about roofing, I watched A LOT of YouTube videos and read a lot of websites on roofing.) Sean's roofers followed every trait of a quality roofing job. I was very impressed with Pronyl's quality. (EX: I saw several full shingles on the lawn and I had to look very hard to find the very small nicks or cracks on these shingles.) I was also impressed with their cleanliness on the job site. Roof installation is a very messy job. The crew constantly cleaned up around the job site and at the end of the job, they looked over my yard and the roof several times to make sure everything was clean. My yard was cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend Pronyl Builders: very professional, accurate, punctual and quality oriented. You get what you pay for.

We were on a tight schedule and Sean and his crew were able to meet our deadline. Sean's crew were very considerate to someone who asked a lot of questions. We had Sean give us another quote for other work and plan to call him when the time is right.

I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys!! They built us the most beautiful Hot Tub Building. They are very courteous and punctual. I will be hiring them in the future to build a deck. If you need anything built or repaired these are your guys!!

These guys are great. You couldn't ask for anything better, they rebuilt a fence, put up with neighbors, fixed doors, reinforced floor where hot water heater is, fixed outside light! I couldn't say enough for the great service we got from Shaun, Justin and Clint. They make sure everything is cleaned up before they leave and are just great guys with very good building skills. They had to rebuilt a broken down fence and put up a priviciey fence and they had to do some designing that looks great. We will use these guys again when needed and recommend them to everyone!

When my shingles got old and my gable vents out dated . I solicited 3 bids from contractors. The results were 5000.00, 4500.00 and 4300.00 . I selected Sean's bid of 4300 , not because it was the cheapest but because he was the only one that showed up for the bid exactly on time , he was young, and strong , and he had the discipline , intelligence and civility in his demeanor that I have come to associate with reliable contractors. My experience confirmed my impressions. Every day he was punctually on the job at 7:30am . He did everything he said he would do and more. I'm 56 and I've had plenty of experience both with the right type of contractor and the wrong type and Sean is definitely the right type: Punctual , Dependable and with fast good workmanship . I would be remiss if I did not mention that he spotted the panels of roof decking that needed replacing before the shingles were off . He knows roofs. Also that after the job was over he insisted I get up of the roof and make sure that the ridge-vent was installed to my specs. He took a tube silicone with him and assured taught the instillation was flawless and it was . That's 5 stars in my book . BTW he also got me architectural shingles for only $150.00 more than 25 year shingles. I got a good value and a positive experience . He did not want me to put this in the review but I am a farmer and I mentioned to him that I was and I behind on my farming and he offered to come help me the following Saturday. He said he’d be there to help me at 7:30am . He was there at 7:15am. He was supposed to stay til 10: 30 he stayed til 11:30 . He was supposed to a come alone . He brought his 17 year old cousin who is a football player . He accepted no money saying he'd take his payment in 4 watermelon. He asked me not to mention this because he did not want to give the impression that he works for free. Sean is 28 (as of April 2016) so he’s youthful and strong . Whenever the job hit unexpected snafus and took extra time He said " Don't worry we're not leaving today until all work is complete" and that sure enough he finished the job and farm help before he left ! ( you'd be surprised how many people quit before its done)

I would recommend Sean and Pronyl Builders to anyone. I needed a new roof installed and rotten wood replaced before we could close on my house. We had postponed closing once due to the appraisal and could not afford to postpone again. Sean and his crew started the next morning after I approved his bid and the entire job was finished within a week. His crew did an excellent job and cleaned all debris from the site. I was pleasantly surprised to find a contractor with such integrity.
