Description of Work: I received a huge water bill. I called Haire Plumbing on the 27th of July and scheduled for the morning of the 28th. Jeff arrived at 11:30 found the broken pipe and repaired it quickly.

+ -1 moreVery unhappy that I wasted two days waiting on this contractor. Then wasted 5 hours waiting on them to show or phone. Very disappointed they could not even show me enough respect as a customer to return my phone call.
Description of Work: Phoned Haire Plumbing on 8/24/09 for a problem with a leak that I could not detect but had a water bill increase from $84 to $371 in one month. They told me they could have someone out between 8am and 11am on 8/26/09. At noon on 8/26/09 no one had shown up or called. Phoned again was told dispatcher was out would return my call when he came back. No response by 1pm. I called another company, called them back and told them not to bother. I would not have done that had they just given me a call to let me know they were going to be late.

+ -1 moreOverall, it was an excellent experience. They explained everything that was done and were very patient and helpful. The plumbers went under the house with my husband and identified the leak. The job was done fast, clean, and a good price.
Description of Work: We found a slow leak under the house and when Bob from Haire Plumbing came by to inspect, he spotted the source of the leak immediately as being the water heater and quickly got to work to replace the damaged fitting and pipe around it.

+ -1 moreLeonard was very pleasant, punctual and knowledgeable. The price paid was as quoted on the estimate. Every effort was made for good customer service. Overall an excellent experience and I plan to use them again in future.
Description of Work: A new laundry tub was installed, including replaced PB supply lines with Pex pipes and additional waste for clothes washer plus laundry tub. Pipe insulation was replaced and area cleaned up when finished.
