Description of Work: The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The man that fixed it was polite and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Identified and fixed a breach in my plumbing lines. Responded promptly and found the problem quickly. These men are truly are truly a vanishing breed, master craftsmen! I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service , that I received from this company.

Description of Work: They checked for a blockage in septic lines. Fix handles and inside pieces of commode. Ran snake through lines. Had to call septic company out to finish the job.

Description of Work: I can't rate this provider because there was no service rendered due to some other factors which needed to be addressed before anything else could be done , the contractor was here on time, but I had to reschedule this appointment.

Description of Work: Cleared sink drain that I was unable to clear. Identified location of sewer pipe to show that it had no involvement with a hole in the front yard.

Description of Work: Had a sewer back up and they came and unblocked it. Turns out rocks had made their way into the drain pipe in the yard. One of the clean-out caps had been broken by riding lawn mower. Excellent and quick work.

Description of Work: Tim was briefed by me on the problem as I saw it from locations where he could see waster under the house, outside where water was coming out the side onto the foundation and from the bathroom itself. In the master bath, he identified the area where the leak had softened the drywall. After turning off the water, he quickly removed a portion of the drywall, replaced the leaking pipe, tested the connection, and then checked under the house to insure there were no other leaks. Lastly, he cleaned up his work area and left no debris behind. Great job and service.

Description of Work: We set up a date and time to get an estimate for a bathroom remondel/plumbing repair. The company never showed to provide the estimate and did not respond to further requests. It has been over a month since the first request.

Description of Work: I called the company to get an estimate to install a water line in my garage for an ice maker and a fridge. They showed up when they were suppose to. They could not give an estimate on the spot, they said they would call me to go over the estimate. A month and half later never heard back from them. Yes, I could call them, but I am not going to do business with a company that can't follow up on a simple estimate.

Description of Work: The pilot light failed to ignite on my waterheater. Haire Plumbing promtly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part , then repaired the waterheater. The Haire Plumbing employee's were professional, courtious, and prompt. Outstanding service!

Description of Work: Made an appointment with this company to fix a leak in my bathroom shower, and was scheduled for Tuesday 28 Jun, 1-PM. A few hours later they contacted me to reschedule, I told them that Friday, 1 Jul would be fine, however their rep said Friday was not available and that they could come out on Thursday, 30 Jun between 8AM-noon. On Thursday, 30 Jun, Hair Plumbing was a no-show, (I had to take time off of work with NO Pay) for this repair. When I call them to inquire on this problem they were so unprofessional and stated that It was another plumbing company that called to re-schedule...What? The only plumbing I scheduled repair service with was with Hair! No one from this company apologized or tired to re-scheduled me, whether they started to be defensive and rude, needless to say, I would Not recommend this company due to their lack of customer service of their office staff.

Description of Work: Leaky toilet base (fixed) Leaky sink faucet ...took it apart and showed me the part I needed to fix it.(an O ring he didn't have on hand) Very helpful and didn't charge for it.

Description of Work: this was the second time i have used Haire Plumbing, they were great both times. Resonably priced and knew exactly how to trouble shoot our problem. first, we had a toliet leak, that was fixed, then we had a stuck garbage disposal, they repaired that rather quickly. No issues, will use them again for water pressue issue are having.
