+ -1 moreThey lost the first order and I had to resubmit the order again over the phone. They offered little to no compensation for the delay in time. I called their higher office and the same attitude of 'not our problem' was apparent. Missed a hunt with my son due to their lack of professionalism or care for the customer.
Description of Work: Ordered a rifle online.
