very professional and the service was fantastic

Rob Hunt is the complete professional... we were actually sorry to see him go! He was here for our annual electrical review and possible upgrade; but largely because we have been with Blanton's for several years, we were already good to go. Rob took as much time as we needed to answer questions and explain his recommendations for the future, to include projected costs. His inspection was thorough, and he explained everything he was doing and why. We could not have been happier with the service he rendered us... we should all do our jobs as well as Rob Hunt does his!

A simple check for a leak and the service person did not even go under my sons mobile home to give a close inspection. Just bent down to look and then shined a light under. A replacement faucet in my sons bathroom and that was it. The initial bill was $700.00. Yes indeed they did see me coming. After a lot of discussion with the home office they knocked about 200 off the price. I will never do business with these people again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting my mom when Chris arrived. I live in Florida. His professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship was excellent. The water leakage problem under the kitchen sink was resolved at no additional cost. In addition, he provided some insight into resolving a clogged bathroom sink and offered to be the primary repairman for any plumbing issues for my mother. I was impressed with how he explained to my mom the problem and how he fixed it. I feel very confident that Chris corrected the drainage problem as this was the third visit to my mom's house. I had originally called another company when my AC started blowing warm air. They came out and checked the unit. They found that the coolant and Circuitry were fine. They next checked the blower. Afterwards, the tech told me what he thought the problem was, but it would cost $1400 to find out. Then I called Blanton. Eddie came out and checked the coolant and circuitry, which were fine. He then checked the blower. After he took the panel off it took him about 3 seconds to find the problem. A switch had shorted causing the heat coils to come on. Essentially, the unit was trying to heat and cool at the same time. He replaced the switch, cleaned the blower fan, the coils, and serviced/cleaned the outside units all for less than what the other tech thought the problem was. I will Continue to use them in the future.

Dan and Wyatt assessed my needs on a Monday and the next day Dan returned to do the work. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the hard work they did for me. They explained things thoroughly.

I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues.

Awesome from beginning to end Mr Chris explained everything about my problem and also gave me options so I was able to work with my budget that was a good thing I will use them again in a heartbeat

Elvin Bishop the technician and also the owner of Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric, Corp. went out of their way to help me rectify a serious problem with a one-year-old AC unit. They did not have to help me, but they did I am extremely grateful for helping me solve a difficult situation I am extremely grateful.

Mr .Elvin Bishop was the tech who did my pre season inspection of my central AC unit. He checked out my unit and gave me some great options to consider for increasing the life of my unit. He was very professional and helpful. He took pictures to verify his process of checking each and ever item on my unit. At the end he gave me the check list of the statist of item check out.

Date: 01/28/19 Task: Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures - Install or Repair I have hired the Blatons for last June to replace the heat pump system. I have peace of mind program. Once a year, the technician came out to check all my electric and plumbing service. It is no cost but it will cost the ONLY something they find it wrong. The Blanton Techs are excellent services, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! I have been a Blantonscustomer for first years. Blantons Staff have always been impressed with their service and workmanship, but this was my first experience with their HVAC Technician, John A. was very pleased with honor customer service.

Blantons employees from office staff to service people are always very helpful, thorough and considerate. I had our bi-annual service for our heat pump and was very pleased with every aspect of service. They are a little pricey but if you want the best it is Blantons.

Blanton may be expensive but they prove their worth by having Expert and Professional Technicians and Customer Service! UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. THANK YOU!!

I have been a Blantons customer for several years now and have always been really impressed with their service and workmanship, but this was my first experience with their plumbing staff. Tim D. was the plumber they sent to help us and he was absolutely awesome!! His knowledge of what needed to be done to fix our issues was dead-on accurate and we are more than satisfied with the quality of his work. He will be the person we request for our future plumbing-related projects in the very near future! This dude is for real, folks! If you have a plumbing issue, call Blantons and ask for Time D. I was able to speak to customer service late on a Friday evening to make an urgent appointment. That was a pleasant surprise. The technician called me and explained the issue clearly, and offered me repair options. This is the 2nd time I have used their services for HVAC repair. I will continue to call on them for any future issues.

I've used Blanton's for several years to service my heat pump system. Yesterday I had Bobby P. as my tech and I couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service, he arrived on time, was friendly and explained everything that he was doing. I truly believe my unit received the best service it has ever had.
