All Pets Hospital for Animals

I've been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for nearly 15 yrs. It changed ownership in 2010 and to my dismay the service has gone downhill and the prices have steadily gone up to outrageous rates. On my last visit in response to my concern for my old dog's recent failing health issues, I was charged $340.97 for an exam, thyroid screen, shot, bath and flea meds. When I went to pick her up instead of being called into one of the treatment rooms the vet and several members of the staff came out to the public checkout area to inform me that my dog JUST HAD FLEAS (a point I had previously disagreed with). I actually felt gained up on with the extra staff he brought with him and the lack of privacy, so I paid the bill and vowed to myself to find a new clinic. On the prior visit to this one I was charged $100.00 for a bath and nail trim and sold a Prescription for thyroid pills that I discovered when I got home was made out to a totally different client, a pet of a different name and described as nasal spray instead of thyroid pills. I am pleased to say now that the new vet has diagnosed my old dog's failing health issues as cushings disease not fleas, and his prices are considerably lower.

Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain possible treatment options. He treated the animal with kindness. Doctor has worked with many of my animals before. Trust him with care of all my pets.

The doctor was very precise. He explained exactly what was going on, why it needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He was just very professional.
