Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Called the provider and made an appointment for the next morning. They called before arriving and arrived before the scheduled time. Very professional and worked until problem was found. Tech discovered the compressor was leaking and could not be completely repair. Presented me with options before starting the repair work. New compressor would be available for several days, so the Tech patched the current compressor knowing the patch would not last before the replacement compressor arrived. After the new compressor arrived, the Tech installed the compressor in the morning and returned later the same day to check if the compressor was working and had no leaks. I will recommend and use the Provider in the future.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Electrical Service
We have an older HVAC system, so when the AC was not working well, we feared the worst. After calling around, Tripp provided the most reasonable diagnostic rate ($70) and quickest time to get to our house (this was during a hot streak and they were available within a day of calling).
When the technician came over and checked out the unit, he concluded (thankfully) that there was a coil blockage and it needed a recharge. He was professional and courteous from the beginning through the time he left. Though this bill was going to be about $170 + tax ($70 for the diagnostic and $100 for the recharge), we chose to go with the contract, which brought the bill to $240.
Though I am typically against contracts, we now get 2 maintenance visits a year, $20 future visits (which will be needed with our aging system), and a percentage off of future work; certainly a worthy investment in my book. I have only good things to say about Tripp Mechanical and will definitely be using them in the future.
