We needed a replacement shed for one we had built about 22 years ago and which had seen better days.
After shopping several local shed builders and the home improvement centers we settled on purchasing a new 10' x 12' shed from Stateline Builders at their Suffolk, VA sales location. Comparing the display models of different shed builders/manufacturers we were impressed the most with their quality and craftsmanship. 
Everything in the ordering and delivery process went without a hitch. The sales and operations staff were very responsive to our needs. The new shed was delivered very close to the estimated delivery date at time of sale- about 3 1/2 weeks. The one-person delivery crew had the right equipment for the job- a specially designed trailer and a "mule" for moving and setting up the new shed. The shed was offloaded from the trailer in the street and then maneuvered into position in our back yard with the mule. The entire process took just over an hour.
Our delivery person was very conscientious and handled getting the new shed placed and leveled very carefully. Best of all our yard was minimally impacted by all the movement over it. Their handling equipment does a good job of spreading the weight and we actually had less yard damage than when it's predecessor was built on site.
In addition to leveling the shed on concrete blocks that we provided, we also had the shed anchored, a $200 option.
We are exceptionally pleased with the new arrival. We highly recommend Stateline Builders for anyone seeking a quality shed that will withstand the elements and hold it's appearance for many years.
