What really told me that I didn't want to work with them is that there was a huge black snake in my yard that they didn't even mention to me. My daughter found it when I asked her to look at what was under the tree.They could have at least told me that there was a huge snake in my yard so my daughter wouldn't have come upon it. I called him and he said they weren't exterminators. It seems like as they grew they lost their service. They could have just told me about the snake. It was just a common courtesy.
