Description of Work: We ordered several pieces of furniture including a bookshelf wall, a craft armoire/chest, and two custom made office/desk tables (corner desk and side desk). The bookshelf wall came in multiple pieces that they assembled in place. The remaining pieces had to be carried up a long flight of stairs. I'm happy to report that all the furniture arrived upstairs intact and with no scratches AND the walls remained intact without any gouges! | |We worked with Ben over a period of several weeks from initial shopping to final installation. He proved to be knowledgeable as well as friendly and helpful. And he promptly mailed us a couple of light bulbs for the bookshelf wall that were apparently not included when the manufacturer shipped the unit. | |Bottom line: We will go back and ask for Ben to begin any future furniture purchase.
