When I picked the vehicle up, it had been robbed. The owner, Lonnie, admitted they had failed to lock the door and left it right next to the street. Lonnie made absolutely no attempt to accept responsibility and even discouraged me from filing a police report. I'm becoming quickly convinced there are no honest businesses left anymore and I really had high hopes for this one.

Very friendly and very quick service. Called one afternoon to make an appointment to have my brakes looked at because they were squeaking. They said I could drop it off first thing the next morning, so I did. They told me they's only replace the rotors if they needed it - which they did. But the whole service was done in about 3 hours for a very reasonable price, I think. This was my first visit to this place, but I'll definitely go back again if/when needed.

I get my car repair done at Lonnie's University Auto Center and he is fantastic, really great. I had my car there about six months ago. I paid $150 or something like that. They were very helpful and communicated very well and did a terrific job. It's my daughter's car and they took very good care of her and me.

I have gone to them for several years. They work on several different types of cars. Each job is very different. They do a very good, needed repair service. I can trust them. I have used them for my child's, my late husband's, and my car. I know they will do exactly what I ask them to do. I have been very happy.

They had to take everything out to fix it. We have used them tons of times. We have been going to them since we moved here, and it’s been a while. They have been very professional and very nice. They stand by their work and we have never had a problem with anything. The mechanic is a really nice person. We really like Lonnie's University Auto Center.

He is the Volkswagen man at least in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. He is really good. Sometimes you have to wait to get him to work on your car. His price is higher than everybody else, but he is worth more than everybody else. Volkswagen reimburses me the money for the recall. I will continue to use them in the future.

Lonnie is one of the most honest, reliable, trustworthy persons that I have ever met. I am pretty ignorant about what goes on under the hood so it's really nice to have a repair shop that I can really trust to be fair and honest with me.
