Once the windows were delivered they were installed quickly and everything was cleaned up well afterwards

The workers came daily and did a good job. They cleaned up everything well including removing some dead bushes from in front of the house. The salesman was great. I talked with him frequently about changes and he answered all my questions.

Kingsford Home Improvements did an incredible job building my screen patio from the ground up! Larry was my sales consultant who came to my home to assess what I wanted and then met me at the showroom to make final selections.The team that came to install my concrete and new aluminum screened in patio were fantastic and were great at giving suggestions that enhanced my patio.Enoch and the team addressed every question I had. They were professional and thoughtful! The customer service, use of quality products, and the final screen room with extended concrete are exceptional! Well worth it and I LOVE MY NEW SPACE! I highly recommend this organization for your home improvement needs. Best experience I have ever had!

All workers and subcontractors were polite, professional, and took great care of our property during our roofing project. We are pleased with our new roof! And, we will keep in mind that Kingsford can provide other home improvements.

Main issue is that cleanup wasn't as thorough as with other projects. We cleaned up little scraps of siding and nails. But house looks great.

We are very happy with all the work done. The contractors were punctual, efficient, and very friendly.

Kingsford did an excellent job on the windows. From estimate to finish and cleanup, the job was extremely professional and the people were courteous.

The actual job took longer than I expected but I have no complaints about the workmanship and finished product

Overall, Kingsford installed a good quality window at a reasonable price point. While I would recommend them, I’d say to anyone using them to make sure you do a walk through to check the work. Some of their workers seem less motivated than others and lacked attention to detail - things like caulking and replacing trim. Not a huge knock as everything else was great and ultimately, they are very responsive - just something to keep in mind.

The installers who did the work were great craftsmen. However, service during the installation and after the sale was sub-par. I did get a call when they would start work but never got any follow-up from any foreman or person in charge of the job. Somedays one person was working, other days they did not show. There was not any communication on how long the job would take, walkthrough of the job to be done, and if I had any concerns as the homeowner. I also was not sure who was in charge of the team working. When I saw that the windows were not being built out as discussed with the salesperson, I called and sent an email to Kingsford and no one bothered to reply. The next day I did speak to one of the guys working about my concern and he said he found out that morning about building out the window casings and would correct the issue. So obviously behind the scenes, they are communicating but not with the homeowner. There was also a language barrier and I was not sure if I was being understood or not. The product I bought was great and the work looks nice. I do think Kingsford needs to work on their customer service. I will say that customer service was excellent once it was time for me to pay the bill.

Kingsford just completed our front porch and we are very pleased. The finished job was beyond our expectations and we have a beautiful front porch! We get at least 2 compliments a day from our neighbors passing by. Kingsfordâ s vendors are professional, timely and polite. The owner, Kevin, contacted us personally each step of the way â and whatever he said was going to be done in the next few days happened. We highly recommend Kingsford for any home improvement needs.

I contracted Kingsford to replace the windows in my house. The project was broken into 2 phases. The first phase went wonderfully - the team seemed to do a great job and the new windows worked for my needs. The second phase was full of problems. The wrong materials were delivered, the window flashing is horrible, the wrong color caulk was used. The team had to come back a second time because we found nails and trash left behind, as well as we noticed nails in windows still and windows that were installed in a very haphazard manner (Sloppy caulk work, nothing clean). All of this was corrected and I thought to myself **we can move past this - we have no windows and can make it work**. Then about the weather rolled in and suddenly I have a water damage in my kitchen. I never even assumed it could be the windows (There is one window in the room above the kitchen, but it never came into my mind that the window could be the issue because it was new). I brought my normal home contractor out and they looked at it. Turns out the window was not sealed. Zero caulk along the bottom of the window. To make this entire scenario worse, as I found myself loosing faith in Kingsford - I asked my contractor to check the windows to see how Kingsford did on the rest of the windows. He found that the window drip plates were not replaced, and were rotten in a few places (Kingsford never even mentioned that to me). And that a few other windows had some issues. I had my contractor that I trust correct the issues since I did not want to be exposed to the weather. I then called Kingsford and asked to speak to the owner. The owner is a soft spoken and reasonable person, however he had absolutely zero value to add to my plight. He said **You should have stopped work repairing the damage and called Kingsford - we would have come and examined things**.. My reply stating that I had lost faith in that company as well as the fact that I did not want to leave my house exposed to elements seemed to fall on deaf ears. He then made me a bit more angry by saying **Out of his good will, he would send someone out to look at the windows**. He completely missed the point that 1) It is not good will, it is however, the warranty of the windows - and is part of his job and 2) I have lost complete faith in Kingsford to actually do there job correctly. We have had them out 3x to look at things that were not done correctly. Bottom line - I will never use this company again - and bluntly - I would advise you to stay away from them. They sub-contract out all of there installs - so there is zero quality assurance and nobody checks anything. If you have any issue and need to repair it - they are slow to respond and if you correct it on your own - to protect your house and investment, they will pawn you off and say that you should have called them first. I will never use this company again and recommend that you all stay far away from them.

Professional, responsive, pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to fix a particularly problematic corner of our house/roof.
