They are good. My only thing is every time you go they try to sell you something you don't need.  They go over what they did very thoroughly.

I would always say “A’s” across the board there, if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t go back.

I would recommend them for quick and convenient service. Workers are real nice and knowledgeable.

It was really good service. The workers were very good. They knew exactly what I needed. They were very prompt and got me in and out. There's nothing they could have done differently. Everything was great.

Needed to leave on trip today and "Maintenance Due"  light persistently on starting yesterday. Know I was overdue for oil change and maintenance menu also stated tire rotation needed.  Went to car dealership Sat @ 7am for maintenance and there were 10 cars ahead of me. Turned around and headed for Jiffy Lube. They were very professional (got a lesson in what is synthetic oil). In and out in 30 minutes. Only drawback was they didn't have my type of filter, so that will have to be changed @ another time. Have no comparisons for pricing, so left that N/A, but I imagine it was cheaper than @ dealership. Overall, efficient and professional. Received coupon book for future services.

Went for a quick oil change. Was suggested to get the inspectin as it was due. They were quick.

Service was decent. I dropped the car off for my state inspection and went into Harris Teeter for a few quick groceries. I came back and had a short wait remaining. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough. Nothing stood out to me as a great or excellent experience or auto service provider. I have had nicer, more enthusiastic mechanics many times at other locations, but I came here for convenience. Probably will not return here again, other area mechanics act like they want and value my future business and aren't simply providing a one-time-only service. The best way to get repeat customers is to show them they are valued and you can provide the services they need at a good price with a smile. I got my inspection, but the service wasn't anything special.

I like everything about them. They are professional. They are fast. They don't do unnecessary repairs and they seem to only use quality parts.

Went to have my oil changed on my 2003 Honda Pilot. Also needed an inspection done. Showed me a very dirty air filter and asked if I wanted it changed. I decided to do it myself. When I looked at my air filter it was NOT the one that they had shown me. I could see that they had not even opened mine up to look at my filter. Makes me wonder if they actually did the oil change. They kept offering me other services. I said no. Failed inspection due to a headlamp being out. I replaced it myself. Came back shortly after and they said computers were down. Asked if I could go to another Jiffy Lube to have the inspection done again. They said no. I ended up waiting over an hour before I could finally get my inspection completed. I don't mind paying for services I received but I do mind being lied to. Wonder if they do this to all their customers or only the females. I won't go back because I don't trust them now.

I think that this company does a really good job. The work they do is top quality and guaranteed. I take my car there regularly after 3000 miles for an oil change.

No complaints. Cheap and fairly fast. They called when the job was done although that took a little longer than expected. Note that the price is regulated by the state, so no comparison possible on this attribute.
