They did a really good job. They were superb and nice. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Justin is my contact...he is very skilled and had a knock for customer service. He gave me his cell phone number in case I have a trouble over the weekend...that was above and beyond the call of duty and I actually appreciated that.

The Geek Squad I found to be unreliable. They confused my problem - sent in my PC twice for warrenty covered repairs only to never fix it. They lost the charger to my backup drive.

The guy who helped us was very nice, even while our two little kids were tearing up and down the aisles! We've always liked Best Buy, but this was by far the best buy we've ever gotten there.

Shop here for price only. You won't get much help beyond loading the box onto your cart. I often do my research here, at epinions.com and at consumer reports, so they don't require or request much info on electronics. They have a good selection, and generally, pretty low prices. Plan on getting a pretty high-pressure pitch for their added insurance. I suppose if you are buying the low-end electronics, or one that might break with use, like a camera, it would be a good deal, but with a Sony television (my last one went 18 years before it broke), I didn't appreciate the way they roll their eyes as you decline the offer.

THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS REPAIRING THE WASHER. IT HAS BEEN RUNNING GREAT EVER SINCE IT GOT FIXED. IT TOOK THEM A LITTLE WHILE TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE, BUT ONCE THEY DID, IT WAS GREAT.
