Customer service was great! Very nice, polite, quiet... I needed cleaning for stains and pet odors. He uses a dry cleaning system. It did well with stains however didn't get rid of pet odors.

Carlos did an excellent job. He took down all the screens and the windows wete so clean it didn't look like there was glass in them. A nice nan and a very hard worker. I would definitely have him back.
