The initial interview with the main person was nice. We agreed to an annual termite treatment and quarterly pest extermination. The annual termite treatment was well done. During the interview the person mentioned that we would also need to have vapor barrier installed under the house to ensure their treatment was successful. We agreed, and assumed that it would be included with the total we were paying. We found out later that this was something completely separate and he quoted us around $800. When we refused, he called back and offered it to us for around $550. The initial interior and immediate exterior home pest extermination went well. I noticed they only sprayed. I didn't see them put anything behind the outlets like other exterminators I have known usually did. After about a week the roaches and spiders were still really bad, so we called them back out for another treatment. It has now been about 2 months and the spiders are back in full force and we are seeing many dead roaches (that part is awesome). We have called them back again for re-treatment. We have a very old house and it was vacant for about a year or so before we moved in. So, we are trying to be patient, but at this time we are trying to decide if we should give them 1 more quarter or call the exterminators we used at our other house... The termite treatment cost: $1,221 with an annual renewal cost of $128. The initial pest extermination inside, outside, and underneath was $175.

They were excellent and the fellow was wonderful. They have to come two more times to eradicate the bugs. The guy came out on time and did everything he was supposed to do. He was excellent and we were happy with him.

I've used them now for 23 years. They were responsive and were willing to work with me on the schedule because given it's quarterly, I always have to be balancing my work schedule and phone calls with when I have them here. They are thorough. I rarely have to ask them to come back for anything. They have outstanding punctuality. They always work with me on time and they are always very precise on their arrivals.

Clegg's came out to the property I was looking to purchase on March 19, 2013 and did a termite inspection.  When I received their report, it indicated that there was no damage, or current infestation, so I proceeded with the purchase.
Two weeks after I moved into the property, the HOA sent their contractor out to replace the siding as indicated by my home inspection (Done by a different company).  Upon removing the siding, a very large termite infestation and significant damage was discovered.  I immediately contacted Clegg's about the fact that there were indeed termites, and now they are telling me that their inspection is just an opinion, and even though there are termites in the pictures I sent to them, they are telling me that the damage looks more like water damage than a termite infestation.  They are telling me that because the damage was behind the siding, they are not responsible, nor liable.
I was with the inspector when he was at the house, and he didn't poke or even shine a flashlight around in areas where  termites might be expected.  I am now looking at a huge investment into the structural integrity of my new (old) home.  If Clegg's Termite and Pest Control, LLC had done a thorough inspection of the property, like they were paid to do, I definitely would not have purchased the property.

Clegg's responded the same day I called with concerns about evidence of wood-destroying insects. Tommy was extremely helpful in explaining what insects might be present and treated the area for carpenter bees at no charge. He was pleasant and professional, and left contact information in the event the treatment was not successful. I was very pleased and impressed with the service.

I had service today for a termite infestation and I am SO impressed with this company!!! I had literally thousands of termites in my house yesterday and today they drilled into the ground all around my house and into the cement and inserted the treatment very quickly. Fast, efficient and polite and they left my garage even cleaner than I had it! I can't say enough good things. SO HAPPY! I will spread the word about Cleggs to everyone who has any bug problems! Best service EVER!

At least for two years now they have the same person come out every time so you are familiar with our place and if we have unusual problems or issues like we have once or twice he is there to deal with it or he will come back and deal with it and the continuity of the same person coming out is so good. We would continue to use them.

We eventually fired them from the monthly treatment because of poor service, lack of effect, and incorrect billing.  While their monthly "treatment" had not eliminated the roaches, we have been roach free since I bought professional grade bait and placed the baits as directed around the top of the foundation in the crawl space.  That cost the same as about 1 1/2 months of the Clegg's treatment that had no effect.   .
We kept up the annual inspection for termites.  Last summer I saw tubes on the side of the foundation and called for them to inspect. After two weeks I still had not heard from the field person so I called again.  Another order was placed which also did not seem to take.  The third call triggered apologies because the field person had been out sick...  A different field person did schedule to come out and said it was just mud wasps.   A couple of weeks later the first field person finally called to set up an appointment to come inspect. Apparently the inspection brought us to their attention because a couple of weeks later we received a letter informing us that our maintenance contract was going to expire "as per the original five year proposal" unless we arranged to have a new preventative treatment done.  It had been 10 years and nine months  since the first treatment. We hired a different company that had been (justly) well rated on Angie's list.

I am satisfied with their service.

Their price was reasonable.  I wasn't here when they came here for the quote.  They were professional and polite.

They were punctual and informative. I ended up going a different direction since I did not really have an issue.

This company started off great the first extreminator would come and spray and do his job. He was nice and had no issues going under the house to spray. Then the last two months we had a different guy coming to the house, the first time he came he asked me if I really needed him to go under the house. I told him yes that was where the ants were coming in from under the patio to under the house per what the other exterminator said. He seemed very put out by this.  I noticed after he "supposedly sprayed"  there was no change in the ant problem I was having. The last time they came I figured out why. The guy came to my house parked in my drive talked on his cell phone for about 15 or 20 minutes then pulled out and left... having never even got out of the truck.
The company sent me a bill I called them and spoke to a woman I explained that I was not going to pay for the last service
because the guy never even got out of the truck.  She indicated that she would have a supervisor call me. He never did. Months went buy and I got a notice about the bill being over due. I called again explained what happen to the operator she said that a supervisor would call me. No one ever called in the meantime I was getting notices about the over due bill. I called again the operator told me i should probably just pay it because in their records they had performed the duty... Well of course they did they had a guy sitting in the truck filling out the paperwork but not doing the service. I later found out one of my neighbors had a similar experience.
It eventually went to a collection agency and I filed a bogus charge with my credit report company because. I refused to pay for a service I did not receive.

I have used Clegg's for nearly 40 years, and I am always satisfied with the quality and the thoroughness of its work.

I am very happy with them.  They are very good.  They dust for cobwebs, check for spiders, etc.  They are very thorough.   They always call before they come.

Clegg's Termite and Pest Control have cleared up two separate yellow jacket nests. They first came out when we had termites and they proofed the house. They check for that every year.

They're very efficient and will call in advance to let you know when they are coming.  The couple of times that I did change the scheduled day however, they were not that responsive in coming out again right away, so I was a little disappointed about that.  Their price might be a little high too, but I will continue to use them.

we are very satisfied with them. They are courteous, always arrive promptly, and do a good job. Also, they seem somewhat less expensive than similar pest-control services.

I had a termite problem so I hired Clegg's.  Their service was very good and their availability was very flexible.  They showed me how I could treat ant problems on my own which I really appreciated.

They show up on time and they do what they say they're going to do. They are really nice people. They just come and do the service, they knock on the door and let you know that its been done and they leave. They also treated our house for water problem and they checked it properly. We had a lot of work done by them. I would definitely their service again.

I had Cleggs with a termite warranty from the day I purchased our house in 1997 (original owners had Cleggs and it was easy to keep it up). Workers who came to house were always professional. Somewhere in the process we switched to a bait system. While having siding work done on the house, the siding crew found some termites, so I called Cleggs. There was a breakdown in communication between us and it turns out our service was cancelled almost 3 years ago.  I had visions of lost warranties etc, and was in need of immediate assessment of the situation (the siding contractors couldn't hold off too long on putting up house wrap and new siding).  I called around to multiple exterminators and nobody could come out sooner than 4-6 weeks!  The office manager at Cleggs could sense my concern and somehow worked some magic, and their inspector came that evening.  Turns out the infestation was minor and caught early, so no repairs needed.  We walked back into our kitchen, they gave me a quote to re-establish treatment, and wrre at our house the next morning.
Not sure of how thing would have gone if we had a bad infestation that needed repairs (my warranty had expired due to the confusion), but things turned out very well and I am very appreciative of their responsiveness.

I would recommend them. I didn't have any negative experiences with them. They did what they said that they would do.
