They're punctual and they provide treatments that work. Their pest control techs are polite and courteous.

I'm very happy with the service and price relative to competitors.  Had to drill into concrete around front and back patios, which don't look great aesthetically but not sure how else you'd do it and still ensure the structure is termite-free.

I've been using them for years and years. They're reasonable and they seem to know what they're doing. Usually the one that comes have been doing it a long time, and they call before they come.

I thought it was bats.  Greg Rogers was so wonderful and so nice.  He sent pics to the entomologist & determined that it was .. snake poop.   I am so grateful for his speedy response- I only just contacted them last evening via Angie's list.  I refused the "glueboard" treatment b/c I don't want to kill a snake that might be providing natural pest control.  He did see s a little bat guano in the other attic but determined there were no bates at present.
I would hire Greg in a second the next time I need any help with anything or if the snake becomes a regular visitor.
Great, great experience... and NO fee.  The other places I called wanted $95 and $98 to me out and evaluate only.

They're punctual and do show up on a regular basis like their supposed to.  They generally come when i'm not even aware of it and leave some paperwork in the door saying what they did and what they found.

The technician was due at 1:30 p.m. but did not show up until after 4:00 p.m.  We needed the inspection report for purchase negotiations but it was several days before my realtor finally received it and that was only after many phone calls to the company.  On at least two of those calls, the customer service person could not find any record of the inspection.  The quote we received for termite treatment was at approximately $1,000, with an annual contract for $128.00.  We felt this was high for a conjoined townhouse that had minimal termite damage.

Went well, very responsive, came as promised. 

We didn't do a lot of price comparison.

Rodney, our service provider, is very thorough, punctual and professional.  He always reminds me to call in-between scheduled service calls if we have any problems (those extra calls are included in the contract), and asks about any specific pests we're seeing so he can target his service.

Cory was on time and professional.  He answered all my questions.  Did the work promptly.  Great find!!!

Cleggs provides us with quarterly pest control services.  They will come out promptly if you have issues in between regular services such as ants.  

They were 4 hours late to appointment and said that it was due to truck breaking down.   Otherwise they were very thorough and did a good job.

Original responsiveness from the estimator was excellent.  She was very professional and came out the same afternoon that I made the call to Cleggs.  She called her office while she was still at our home and we scheduled an appointment for the technician to treat the yard.  The technician did not show up during the appointment window.  I called the office and was contacted by a supervisor or manager who said that he would get a technician and they would arrive to do the treatment within the hour.  The manager came with a technician and treated the yard.  He said the no show was caused by a problem with the scheduler and spoke poorly of the staff.  Very unprofessional.  I paid for the service by check and asked if I needed to provide the Angies List coupon to get the discount.  He told me that I did not and deducted the discount from the price.  Within the 30 day guarantee window the ants returned so I called and scheduled an appointment for the re-treatment.  The staff was very professional.  On the morning the service was scheduled I received a phone call confirming the appointment time and the desired service from the same manager who treated the yard previously.  No one showed up to do the treatment so I called the office.  They were very elusive and said that they would contact the manager and get back to me.  Eventually another technician came and treated the yard.  He explained that the manager didn't show up for work that day and evidently quick the job with no notice to Cleggs.  Then I received a bill from Cleggs for the amount of the Angie's list discount.  When I called the office the person was very abrupt and said that I needed to give the coupon to the technician at the time of service.  I was not able to re-produce the coupon after the fact.  After several phone calls and much discussion she finally agreed that the discount would be honored if I was able to send a receipt showing the handwritten application of the discount by the technician.  Cleggs has operated in this area for many years. I hope this experience was a series of unfortunate incidents.

First a sales guy came out.  He quoted $200 for the yellow jacket nest (he said could be large population and said they would seal it up after) and also tried to sell termite control (price was very high.)  A couple of days later a guy came out with a spray can of essentially raid for flying bugs and sprayed the nest.  He did not wear PPE.  There were not very many yellow jackets.  He said they would come back later to seal, but no one ever did.

The technician came when expected and performed expected services.

Went great. The technician came at the scheduled time and preformed at a professional level.

They are excellent. They are good people. What makes them good is that they come on a regular scheduled basis to do their inspections. They literally inspect. Every five years whether you have had any activity or not they come and treat your property to make sure the termites don't come back. After we bought the house, as soon as we moved in we found termites, so we have been using them since then and we haven't had any termites. The last time they were here it was in December, they cost one hundred and twenty dollars and fifty cents for the yearly inspection and eleven hundred dollars every five years for the treatment. We find the price reasonable considering what could be the damage.

The technician comprehensively checked and sprayed the entire property. I have used Clegg's for many years at other locations and have found their work to be exemplary.

The tech is very nice and accommodating.

If we have a problem,  they are responsive and come quickly to address it.

Great. We were getting stung and chased daily before the service. After the service, haven't seen a yellow jacket.
