They have the bugs under control. They are very easy to work around as far as their schedule. The price is fair and there is nothing I do not like about them.

We have a contract and they come out once a month. They are dependable they come the third or fourth  thursday of every month. They are always here. If there is ever a problem with the ants I call him and the next day they are here. I like the service to provide to me.

It is like clockwork. They do exactly what they are supposed to do. They show up and do what needs to be done and I don't hear from them, its great.

They are pretty responsive. I have no idea how they rate compared to others. 

Initially, we had minor termite damage.  Since the treatment in 2006 there has been no further evidence of infestation or damage.  Overall their program does work.

It was hard to get an appointment with them to fit our busy schedule.  Then they didn't show up the first time.  On the reschedule they were late.  Didn't seem to do anything for the termite inspection other than walk around.  Tried to sell me several things i didn't need.  Overall i was not impressed with their level of service.

They showed up and they seemed to be nice enough, but they didn’t really do a very good job so I wasn’t really happy with them.  Even after coming out a second time, the problem with the bees still persisted.  Basically I wasted my money.  They did come back when they said they were going to come back, and they charged me what they said they would charge me.  They showed up on time.

The job they did seemed to go alright.  They were fine with customer service.  I didn’t spend anything the last time.  The inspection was free of cost.  I would probably use them again in the future.

They are really good and they treat their people good.

They come to our home about every other month for service for maintenance and that costs about $80 per visit.  We also have a termite system that they check quarterly.  We pay a $300 annual fee for the termite system that includes an in home inspection, they crawl around the crawl space, bait the termite traps and check them.  They spray around our basement and doors.  They also spray the exterior of our home.  If we have anything particular we would like them to address they will.  My wife likes that she deals with the same person all the time.  They call in advance and set up an appointment time when my wife is going to be here.  I think they do a fine job and have no motivation to switch companies at all.  The pricing seems reasonable and I have not investigated other vendors. 

They are reasonably priced and they do good work. They make it easy to keep up with pest control. This company is administratively very stream lined and they make sure that I never lapse on my termite inspections. They come quarterly to do preventative spraying and annually for termite inspections.

They are really good and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.

They respond in a timely manner. They are fair and delivered on what they said they would do. Their quality of work was excellent.

They're very dependable. Their prices are good. They're responsive and punctual. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

I think they're professional. They call ahead of time and arrive on time, and do their job well.

They were easy to schedule.  Their quality of work was good.  I would use them again in the future.

They have an automated systme that schedules a time for us. They always show up on time. Their automated system sometimes cuts it off so that forces me to call them back and figure out when they aer coming out.
They are very nice people and when they say they're going to be here they will be.  They are very professional in the home.

There are several locations in the area.  I like them because they are friendly, and offer personalized service.  We you call, there is an actual real person that answers.  That's important to me.  They will spray, but also offer little "dots" that they stick around if you have pets.  I use the dots because I have small pets. I'm definitely happy with the service they provide.

They showed up, I left a check for them, they did their work, passed their inspection and everything went good. They are trustworthy, on time, and when they said they would be there they were there.

It went very well.  They provide regular service per contract.  I really don't have much interaction with them.  They come out and perform the treatment.  The office staff is friendly.  They answer any questions or concerns.  I don't have any pests in the house.

Last summer we were experiencing an ant problem at our home residence. I ended up calling Clegg's Termite And Pest Control who in 1 service call were able to completely solve my ant issues. I was really happy with the work that Clegg's performed and would definitely utilize them in the future.

I was pleased with them.  I had water damage on one side of the house, so I called them to check if it's the termite and they said it was not.  They are really responsive because I was really worried about what's happening with the house.  The guy named Chris was really nice.

One of the homes in our home owner's association is being sold.  The owners have moved away and neighbors are acting in their place to deal with inspection and remediation issues.

Clegg's has an ongoing contract for termite control with our home owners association.  An inspection by another company's tech erroneously reported active termites in a crawlspace of the home being sold.  The tech from the other company did not provide any documentation about where in the crawlspace they found active termites.

I (Director for Maintenance) crawled the space and know there were no active termite tubes, much less the number and extent alleged.  Clegg's responded promptly and professionally to my request to address the report.  They worked through the obstacles the other company's inspector presented and did a thorough job of inspection, research on the report, and remediation of the problem none of us could find.

Clegg's actions and promptness is helping smooth the path to a sale of the home.  From techs to management, they appreciated the urgency of an impending sale and dealt with the needs for treating a non-existent problem.

They were last out for my annual inspection, I haven't had them do any spraying for a while.  They seem very professional.  They've been in business for a long time so I'm very confident with them. They do the termite inspection every year and occasionally I'll have them come out to do some spraying.  Years ago they did some service in my house.
