They were good at what they did. They cleaned up real good. I can’t say anything bad about them. I will be using them again.

The Aluminum Company of NC was a pleasure to work with from the initial salesman who gave us an estimate, to the installers who did the hard work ,and the close out lady who came by to inspect the job and close out the account.
The brand of replacement window used was the best you can get. Our salesman covered all the features in detail and this is what really sold us on his company. In addition to quality windows, The Aluminum Company was willing to take on the siding job where other contractors only wanted do do the windows.
The crew that did the actual window and siding work were courteous, professional, easy to get along with, and did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned up every day and always kept the clutter of their work down to a minimum. They worked hard despite SEVERE weather conditions and completed the project as fast as possible.
The gutter crew were equally cordial and professional and completed their work in less than a day. Their work was the finishing touch needed to dress off the front appearance of our home.
There were only two minor issues at closing and both were handled quickly and to our satisfaction.
The Life Time Warranty on every component  and labor (windows, siding, gutters and gutter helmet) of this job was another key factor in our choosing The Aluminum Company of North Carolina for this project.

I purchased replacement windows from the Aluminum Company of North Carolina several years ago. Unfortunately, over time, some of the windows clouded over and needed to be replaced. As I was anxious about climbing on ladders, the company sent out one of their technicians to help identify which sashes needed to be replaced. When the technician, Reed, came to install the new windows, he noticed that my front door (installed by another company) was sticking. He identified the problem and quickly fixed it. He also took care of another issue with the door's threshold that had been neglected by the other company. Reed was incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. He arrived on time, quickly replaced the windows and took an extra five minutes to fix the front door -- I really felt he cared about his customers! Despite losing several days to weather (rain and ice), crew illness, crew injury off the job - the end product was excellent. We feel like we have a new house and we are pleased with the overall results. We are also pleased with the transferable life time warranties for the windows, doors and gutters. We consider this valuable because we trust this company to stand behind it. We had to be patient with a dumpster and porta potty in our driveway for almost 3 weeks but when the work was completed you would never know they were here. The crew did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The crew also did some small add-on work free of charge while they were on the premises. This was very considerate and we are grateful. The crew was very professional and considerate. They communicated well and often asked us if we noticed anything amiss. Even though the work was done in the dead of winter, replacing windows had a minimal impact on our comfort inside the house. I did not chase down a lot of estimates for this work but I feel when you add up all the work performed, the quality of the products and the guarantees, we may have paid a little more but it was a fair deal for us.

We called the company to be sure that they did small jobs and yes they do.  Made an appointment and person was  prompt and very responsive to our needs.  Able to provide the type of screen door we wanted with three removable panes and a full screen.  Installation went well. They ordered the door and it arrived in the time frame estimated by the company. Installers arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a few hours.  They cleaned up afterwards also.

Their price was better than other large outfits, and not much more than some small operations. They were responsive to our needs and special circumstances for our home, scheduled the job quickly, and more importantly, finished the job quickly. A couple of minor issues that needed follow up were resolved very quickly and easily. One small issue that I didn't notice until a year and a half after the work was done was resolved no questions asked. Great friendly folks to work with, with an excellent customer service attitude at all points of the operation, not just the receptionist and the sales guys.

They are probably more expensive than others but they're not the most expensive. They're dependable, they cleaned up and they provide good quality.

My experience with them went very well. I wouldn't say they did a perfect job, but they did pretty darn close. I was very pleased. They are very competitive in their pricing. I know the owner tried his best to give me good quality. They will make right anything that you find amiss, so it's a great company. The products were very expensive, but it was a good value.

I've used this company before with excellent results so I called them again when it came time to install a wall safe.

While I will admit, this really isn't the kind of stuff they do normally, they agreed to do it nevertheless because I had done

business with them before. They did an excellent job. The mount is perfect and they did the whole installation in about 2 hours.

I am very pleased with their work and will use them again!

They removed all of the debris from the removal of the wooden doors. They replaced not only the doors, but all new rollers, tracks and springs. We have used them for multiple projects in the past and have always been very happy with the quality of their work. We would not use anyone else for these types of jobs. I appreciate that you do not pay them anything until after they come out and inspect the work and make sure you are completely satisfied. They have a lifetime warranty as well. They are replacing a gutter that was still under the "lifetime" warranty that was installed in 1988 tomorrow. We would definitely recommend them. They are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.

We chose this company because they had a very good reputation, they
have been in business for awhile, have a great warranty and we liked the
product. The install crew was very professional and did a great job
with the installation. They also installed 2 storm doors that i had
purchased at Lowes for me for a additional fee. We are very happy with
the new windows.

The current job has not begun. An example of the great customer service we have come to expect is when we were struggling with changing our shingles to a new color; they immediately offered to come out and put our four choices on our roof in 3'x3' sections so we could feel good about our choice. In the past 3 years this fine company has replaced all our windows, replaced all our siding with Hardie plank color, and put a 16 x 14 sunroom on the back of our house. All work has been exemplary and the customer service outstanding. We continue to trust and value our relationship with this fine company and look forward to our most recent project completion.
