,I was very pleased with the knowledge and skill of Cormac. I had just bought the house and had a number of trees that had been neglected or were growing too close to the house. He gave a thorough review and provided a very competitive estimate. As a certified arborist his knowledge was extensive and he neither tried to sell me services I didn't need or agreed to trim more than would be good to preserve the tree. Others pushed fertilization services and agreed to cut anything I said I wanted and simply increased the price of the job. I will use this company again as I have a large number of trees and long term landscaping plans.

It went fine overall. I returned from a trip to find that that anold tree had died and fallen over in my absence. A representative from aerial innovations came over, surveyed the damage, gave me an estimate, and made recommendations.They came back, removed the dead tree from my yard, and also pruned and treated the surviving trees on my property.
The experience was positive enoough for me to use aerial innovations in caring for my trees in the future and recommend their services to my friends.

"Member, Thank you for your feedback. We are always working to better serve our clients. I am sorry if you do not feel that our service was of value to you. The price and scope of work were agreed with the homeowner prior to commencing this removal project. This is why we provide free on-site estimates for every job. Leaving mulch on site was never requested to the estimator or the crew. The job was reviewed with the homeowner once complete with no mention of dissatisfation. Please know that satisfied clients and safe, healthy trees are the reason we started Aerial Innovations. Aerial Innovations took the canopy and chipped it. They cut out a block from the chunk for me to use as fire wood. The guy who I met was pretty good. He is a nice guy. I think he did a lot of work of cleaning after the tornado. He is responsive and personable. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Cormac was a bit pricier than other estimates, but you get what you pay for. The pruning job he did on our two mulberry trees was unbelievable. We were unsure how they would look with other trees removed, but I could not be happier with the end result. I would absolutely use him again.

I wrote a check for these guys and that was $750 for that work. They were very expensive, but very, very good and everything was neat and clean. Sometimes when you have trees cut it really looks like a war zone, but these guys really had that part of it done.

"We appreciate your feedback member. We invite all clients and prospective clients to seek multiple bids from comparable companies prior to agreeing to work with us. Comparable companies would include those with both General Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance and ISA Certified Arborists on site. Since tree care/service companies have limited government oversight or licensure requirements there can be a wide spectrum of quality and prices for companies offering tree work. Companies operating without the costs of insurance or knowledge of proper pruning, safety, and other tree care techniques that certified arborists provide are able to charge less, but often sacrifice quality of work, employ techniques that can harm your trees, and expose homeowners to the risk of paying for damages that should have been covered by insurance. We take pride in the quality of work we offer our clients and appreciate your feedback that attests to this."

They were great. They took care of the problem with the one tree. It is healthy again. These guys are professionals. They climb up into the trees, so they don't have big trucks on your yard. Our trees look really good, and look healthier.
