Of the estimates that I received Benjamin Franklin s was in the middle. I was more impressed with their professionalism and knowledge than with those with lower estimates. They came for an estimate on Thursday and did the work Tuesday and Wednesday, much quicker than I expected. Larry did a great job, answered all my questions; very professional. The final cost was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely recommend them.

He was an hour early, courteous, knew his trade, did what needed to be done, gave me all my options and vacuumed up after himself. I went to plumbing and HVAC school and worked in the trade and know what to expect. Also this is the only company I called who could get to it with in a week. I was so pleased I signed a years service contract.

I was very pleased. The repairman arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He was friendly and fully described what he was doing.

I was happy with the job because he was prompt, did a good job, and the final price was equal to the estimate I had gotten previously on the phone. The price they charged includes both the toilet and the installation.

Company sent a representative to review the work needed and completed a quote before leaving. The service was scheduled within a week of accepting the quote. Two plumbers completed the work in a professional manner, in the time quoted. The cost was as agreed. Some additional work was added during the visit. The adder was reasonable to completed.

They were fine to work with but their corporate situation was confusing to me. I would have preferred to just use a plumber without all the papers, pricing structures and contracts. It was a bit overwhelming.

My plumber was Michael Hennessey. He was on time, very professional, friendly, and competent. He cleaned up afterwords and hauled away the old dishwasher and the cardboard from the new one. The work was more expensive than I had anticipated, but I have nothing to compare the cost to, so I am unsure if it was a good deal or not. I was pleased with the service, however. This company also offers "The Ben Society" 1 year membership for $25 (the amount of the Angie's List coupon) with any plumbing service, which includes a free inspection/tune-up of your water heater, and also waives the &69 service fee for future plumbing jobs. As I own a very old house and this is not the first plumber I've called, I bought the membership.

Quick, easy but expensive. He came during the time window but didn't call to let me know he was on the way like the phone representative said they would. If the plumber was honest, it went well. If not, I'm very upset.

I look forward to taking a hot shower everyday. Even in a home with three teenagers we never run out of hot water or have to wait on hot water. I can say they worked very hard to get this installed. My existing old gas meter was not working properly with the new system so they stayed late and made many phone calls to resolve the problem for us.

Our new water heater works very well and they did a really good job of installing it. The new water heater has never leaked and we haven't had any problems with it. The guy that installed our hot water heater was a really nice guy and took good care of our home.

From beginning to end, this was a great company to work with. Calls were answered on the first ring, I was never put on hold. Appointments were kept perfectly. They gladly gave me detailed estimates for five different options (I just wanted to move my water heater out of my attic. I wasn't sure how). Their workmen were professional, mannerly, and cleaned up after the job well. They wore foot covers in the house to avoid tracking in mud. The final cost was exactly as quoted. I would definitely recommend them.

Travis was prompt, efficient in his efforts and courteous. He also gave helpful hints to prevent this from happening in the future. We thought our problem was bigger than this (just needing to be plunged). BF has also fixed more concerning problems for us (broken pipes in the wall) which were a huge problem. We had to call after hours on these calls and they always came right out. It is a small gesture but they do cover their shoes with shoe covers before they enter your house which is very thoughtful.

This was a simple job. NC recquires a certified technician to install a gas line. The company was helpful on the phone and called when the service tech was on his way. He saw it was a simple job and charged me only the service call fee. Sears wanted 180$ and PSNC was charging 112.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD PLUMBERS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COME RIGHT OUT WHEN THEY ARE CALLED. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THE PLUMBER DID A GREAT JOB OF DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND FIXING IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE RESULTS.

THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGED WAS OUTRAGEOUS. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO REPLACE A SIMPLE WASHER ON THE PIPE. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE WAS REALLY GOOD. HE JUST WAS QUOTING THE PRICE THAT HE WAS TOLD TO QUOTE.

THEY ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE VERY ACCOMMODATING. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY DIFFERENT THINGS FROM AIR CONDITIONING TO PLUMBING WORK.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. I DID NOT APPRECIATE HIM LOOKING AT MY PIPES AND TELLING ME THAT HE WANTED TO REPLACE ALL THE PIPES UNDER MY HOUSE WHEN ALL I WANTED DONE WAS THE TWO. I FELT LIKE THEY OVERSTEPPED THEIR BOUNDS.
