We bring my car, my mother's car and my husband's truck to Westlake Auto and Tire LLC. My mother was concerned about the car being older and breaking down somewhere. They checked everything on the car. They knew exactly what levels of bad pads they had. They told her how her tires were wearing and that they didn't need to be rotated or anything. I like that their done in a timely manner and I like that they're honest. They don't try to add stuff on you.

They do it right the first time. I have used Westlake for several years with all three of our vehicles. They are very trustworthy and professional. The provide you options on larger repairs. I would highly recommend.

"Member, We are sorry we could not make you happy, but we would like to point out some details of your visit. First and foremost, we cannot control the inventory or the time of delivery from our local auto parts stores. We do not stock parts for a 15 year old vehicle nor do they. As far as your wait, the service performed on your vehicle was 2 hours of total service work; so with waiting for your parts to be delivered your total wait time of 3.5 hours; I feel, was reasonable. We offered to drive you home and pick you up at no charge but you declined. I would suggest making an appointment and dropping your vehicle off in the future if time is of the essence. As far as your "free oil change", I would suggest reading your invoice because there was a $25 discount on your repair bill and the total invoice amount was $291 not $312 like you stated. I appreciate the time you took to fill out a review of our company but wished that you took more time to get the facts straight before giving a negative review. Westlake had to order a headlamp, but they kept in constant contact with us during the whole process. They are fair and honest in all of their dealings. We trust them to keep both of our old Jaguars running (1995 and 2000).

They are very high-tech. They can do about anything. We've bought tires from them, we've had repairs done and they do inspections and oil changes. Usually you can't find anyone who can work on Jaguars but these guys can. We've been really pleased with them. When I took my car in for an oil change they noticed my tires needed rotated so they did that for no charge. They're just really on top of things.
