I made my appointment after looking online for hair salons in my area, while making the appointment the girl who answered the phone was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I also was able to get in the next day because they had a girl who was accepting new clients. When I arrived, I was greeted by the girl at the desk and offered a drink. My stylist was on time for my appointment and very professional. She gave me an in depth consultation, bringing out color swatches and pictures to make sure we were on the same page. We had a nice conversation while she applied my color, and while she styled my hair, she explained exactly what she was doing and how I could do it at home. While I was in the chair, the owner introduced herself to me and once again offered me something to drink. I was blown away by how great my hair turned out, it was exactly the way I wanted it. The entire staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was laid back but professional, and I felt completely comfortable as soon as I stepped inside.
