I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service Justin Dugan Landscaping provided. My lawn was full of large holes. Woody brought truck load after truckload of dirt, nonstop until all 8 loads had been delivered. The next day he started EARLY in the morning and leveled everything. You could really tell that he took pride in his work. Th following day Justinâ s crew seeded my lawn and covered it with straw. All of this was completed before the forecasted rain, which was a PLUS for me. My newly seeded lawn will receive natural irrigation. What I appreciated the most was how quickly the LARGE job was completed without sacrificing quality. I also appreciated the enthusiasm Woody displayed as he showed me everything that had been done. We had a very large pine tree that had died and needed removal. JDTS gave us a competitive price and after reading the online reviews about quality work, no collateral damage, and great clean-up, I was confident that we had made a good choice. When Justins crew arrived (without Justin) I confirmed what we had been quoted and the extent that good care would be taken to not damage nearby trees and plants. The man who actually climbed the tree did not speak English so I am not sure how well the ground guys were able to communicate what we wanted to do and how we expected the job to be handled. I was surprised when he went up the tree about 2/3 of the way to the top and sawed-off everything above him which landed right in the middle of our beautiful wooded back yard, taking with it one large tree and almost 30 small ones! Then they proceeded to drop 6-to-8-foot sections of the trunk into that same **landing area** and finally the bottom 30 feet or so of the trunk went over in one fell swoop in that same area. I have seen many videos of tree removal companies using what they call speed lines to carry falling pieces away from areas that could be damaged, but JDTS did not do anything like this. As part of the **cleanup** they proceeded to chainsaw off all of the damaged trees, leaving about a 6-inch stump for each which they assured me would regrow new trees. When I asked one of the guys what they would do to compensate for the damaged area, I was told they showed a picture of it to the boss who told them **it was not that bad** and to knock $75 off the price. Bottom line: the big dead tree is gone, the cleanup was acceptable, the damage to surrounding areas of our nice privacy woods was not. The whole job, start-to-finish, took 3 hours. PS: After the crew had left, I noticed two rather large loose limbs (parts of the cut-down tree) hanging up in the branches of nearby trees. After 2 text messages, JDTS did send someone over to remove them.

Large pine Tree removal was performed using crane with saw so no damage occurred to surounding trees and structures. Clean up was complete and met our expectations. Crew was polite and had good work ethic.

The Justin Dugan Tree Service Crew went out of their way to do a great job. They cut down 6 trees, ground the stumps and cleaned up behind themselves in less than 5 hours. The price was good. I would recommend Justin Dugan Tree Service and would definitely hire them again.

I was so impressed with the results that I am working with him on an extensive rework of our landscaping and even a retaining wall next to our pool. I highly recommend Justin Dugan to anyone who needs landscaping and more. He monitors his crew and does the precision work himself. He is very fair on costs and does the job right the FIRST time. My property is surrounded by numerous overgrown trees. Justin Dugan TS impressed me with their experience and professionalism more than any of the others. I met with four other companies using home advisor and neighborhood referral. The JDTS workers wore professional attire and used the latest equipment to do the job. You get what youâ re paying for if you want quality.

I received quotes from 3 Tree Service Professionals to trim/raise the canopies of two trees, a 40-50ft Maple and 80-100ft Oak, and chose to hire Justin Dugan Tree Service. His quote was in the middle and offered equal services compared to the highest quote, and what I felt was far superior services compared to the lesser quote. After calling Justin to confirm, work was to begin about week later. Justin called the morning they were to begin, to let me know his crew would be by between 1 & 2pm that afternoon. His crew arrived as scheduled, and were finished by 5pm. I passed them on my way home from work as they were leaving. The work looked great on both trees. Clean up was very well done. Equipment tracks were minimal inspite of the soft ground. There was only one problem. A limb I wanted cut, was still on the Maple. Took a photo, marked the limb, sent the pic to Justin, then gave him a call. We rehashed our original conversation concerning which specific larger limbs to cut, and quickly realized that our communication over this particular limb wasn't as clear as we had thought. I explained that I really wanted the limb cut, but he didn't have to make a special trip back to do it. Just give me a call next time his crew was in my area so as to help with his costs, but just please not to forget. He agreed. About an hour later, Justin called saying his crew would be by in about an hour to take care of it. I came home early for lunch, just to cover the bases with the crew. About an hour or so later, the missed limb was gone, as well as a second limb I asked his crew to cut. I called Justin to let him know about the extra limb I wanted cut and we agreed on the very reasonable additional charge. All that was left, was the clean up, so I went back to work. I arrived home later, the tree looked great, and clean up was once again well done. Equipment tracks were a little more visible, but it couldn't be helped due to the even softer ground and light drizzle the crew worked through. I'm very happy with the Work Justin Dugan Tree Service performed, as well as the very professional manner in which our initial communication failure concering the missed limb was handled and taken care of. I appreciate his crew for coming out on what I really believe was their day off due to the weather that was expected that afternoon. I would highly recommend Justin Dugan Tree Service and would definitely call him again, should the need for any additional work, arise. Thanks Again!

Had very large oak tree cut down , stump grind and hauled away. they did this in a great time and cleaned up afterward. Happy with their skills in getting the job done !

Had tree fall during a storm and they were out here the next day!
