Called office and got a recording that gave out Mr. Clemmer's cell phone. Called the cell phone and got a recording, but chose not to leave a message. Within 10 minutes Mr. Clemmer called me and we set up a time for him to come out the next day. He showed up early and was very professional and completely honest. My very skeptical husband was extremely impressed. We will absolutely keep his number and he'll be the only call we make for our next heating or air problem.

When I call he comes straight out to fix it. He is on top of it, logging everything and keeping good records.
