HORRIBLE!!! This was the most condescending, arrogant and unprofessional group of men I have ever dealt with.  I am a 46 year old female and I dropped the car of around 1:30 pm, confirming with the customer service manager that the work would be done.  I called the CSM at approximately 4:30 PM to give my credit card number to pay for the work since I would not be back to pick up my vehicle prior to their 5:00 pm closing.  At that time, the CSM informed me that the work had NOT BEEN PERFORMED and not only that, but that they were refusing my business because he understood that MY HUSBAND'S COMPANY had been dealing with another tire company in the county and that he felt that he shouldn't do work for me for fear of upsetting the other tire dealer. REALLY???? I was shocked to find that this kind of "good old boy network" was alive and well in Granville County NC in 2015!!! I am a 46 year old woman and I do NOT need my husband's advice or permission as to where I have my vehicle service, and I certainly don't need the businesses in this county trying to "help" me decide where to have this work done. I would find this situation absolutely hilarious had this "business" not cost me $350 in lost time from work and the cost of a sitter yesterday afternoon.  They did not even offer me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know they were refusing to do the work out of loyalty to one of their COMPETITORS!!! I wasted the entire afternoon then found out when I called hours later to pay the bill that they were declining to do this work for me "for my own good." This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope any woman considering doing business with this company will reconsider and spare herself the insulting treatment!!!
