The repair process began with an estimate, which was easy because this shop deals directly with the insurance company which was paying for the repair. A needed part was ordered and arrived at the shop in 2 business days, with the repair completed in 3 additional days. Concord Auto Body arranged a rental car for me to drive while my car was in the shop.
The work turned out beautifully, with paint "blended" from the area of repair outward for a uniform appearance. All in all, the whole process was as "painless" as possible. This company has a website, which I personally did not use, where one can check on the progress of any particular repair.
I'd recommend these folks if you want a quality job. They seem to pride themselves on attention to detail and even send a "thank you" card for you business.

There is a Nationwide claims adjuster who works in the shop on certain days of the week so I was able to get my estimate, have my insurance check printed, schedule my drop-off and schedule a rental car to pick me up all at once. The shop contracted Dent Wizard to repair my car using paintless dent removal and they were able to fix every dent without painting. The repair only took two days and the entire process went very smoothly.

My husband came out of work one day to find two large dents on the left front quarter panel of his car. I took the car to Concord Auto Body for an estimate for repairs. I met with Jimmy Morgan, the Assistant Manager. He had a look at the car and explained exactly what they would need to do to repair it. I asked him about some other nicks and dings that needed repaired and he explained what they would need to do to repair those. We decided to only repair the dents, but at some point, we will look to fix the rest. I had used Concord Auto Body for previous work on my van and was very happy with it so I didn't go anywhere else for an estimate on the Subaru. The folks there are very courteous and professional. They treat you like they *want* your business. Their waiting area is a good size and it -- as well as their restrooms -- are clean. That's important to me because it gives the impression that they care about their business and want to present a good image to their customers. I booked the Subaru in for repairs and was told that I could pick it up the next day. We dropped it off the morning of our appointment and my husband was in and out within 10 minutes. The next day, Mr. Morgan called to let us know the car was ready for pick up. When we picked up, it looked good as new! Again, with pick up we were in and out within 10 minutes. These folks are a class act!
