General Remodeling
DAVE CAME IN AS THE PROJECT FOREMAN FOR OUR CONTRACTOR. HE WAS EXTREMELY VALUABLE IN THAT HE ORGANIZED MOST ASPECTS OF OUR KITCHEN REMODELING, INCLUDING DAILY (AND SOMETIMES HOURLY) COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND OUR SUBCONTRACTORS. HE TROUBLED SHOOTED ALL ASPECTS OF OUR PROJECT AND ALSO DID THE ACTUAL WORK ON OUR KITCHEN. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING AND I CONTINUE TO BE AMAZED BY HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. WE STILL HAVE A MASTERBATH TO REMODEL, OUTSIDE RENOVATIONS TO DO AND A 2000 SQ. FOOT BASEMENT TO REMODEL. DAVE, (PRO-TECH CONSTRUCTION) HAS BEEN HIRED AS THE CONTRACTOR INSTEAD OF THE PROJECT MANAGER AND WE KNOW THINGS WILL BE ORGANIZED AND WELL DONE IN A COST CONSCIOUS WAY. WE HAVE RENOVATED 4 HOMES AND ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO MOVING FORWARD WITH HIS COMPANY. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM UNSURE HOW MUCH DAVE WILL CHARGE AS THE AMOUNT LISTED ABOVE WENT TO THE CONTRACTOR. HOWEVER, DAVE'S COST AS WE MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR PLANS WILL BE REASONABLE AND HONEST.
