Jim came out to look at my hot water heater the same day I initiated my repair request and he was able to make the repairs the next day. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I was also impressed with his integrity. He told me what the problem was and, when asked, let me know that other, additional and expensive, actions were not necessary. I would definitely highly recommend Jim Meyers Plumbing and will certainly be calling him for any future plumbing needs in my home.

They were very, very thorough. They gave suggestions on how I could better my situation and upon saying that I told him that I will use them again in about a month. Water heater element replaced however the problem was bigger since the entire thermostat and everything was rusted and had to be replaced. Jim was kind enough to comeback and help replace with a better quality Water Heater and provided warranty as well. I feel better that i chose the right company who will take care of it and resolve issues permanent/ and are available 24x7.

Great company. Jim was here for the installation. His tech was here a few minutes early for the appointment. They cleaned up and took the old heater and parts away. I'd hire them again.

Jim and his team are great. i found myself in a bind trying to work with installers from one on the big box stores... that was an epic fail. Jim came out on a Saturday, replaced the water heater and did it at a very fair price. I would recomment him to anyone that need quality fair plumbing services.

They arrived early, were friendly, explained what they were going to do, replaced the heater and brought it up to current code, replaced pipes and water pressure valve. Took away the old stuff and when they were done you couldn't tell they had been there. Except for the shiny new heater and pipes! Jim was great, his prices were what he estimated and so nice. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
