Gutter Helmet Systems

We had Gutter Helmet installed 1.5 years ago and unfortunately a tree hit our home this winter. I called Gutter Helmet and they come out within two days to assess the damage and provide a quote for insurance. The work was completed with in two weeks. We were given a 6 hour window for the workers to arrive. Unfortunately they changed out window to a later time frame during the day and we were not notified. This put a strain on our daily schedule but we were flexible so we could get our home put back together. Overall work was great, customer service was not as stellar.

Installers very professional.

He was very punctual and friendly sort eager to please.His work was good to me his down points was he took 4 days to do a day sn half job and worked till 10pm the first 3 dsys..I would only recommend the company as a last resort

Gutter Helmet has been up for 4 yrs now. I had to have them come out and remove it so I could put a new roof on my house once the roof was finished I had them come back out and put the Helmet back on. I love this product...it does what it says it supposed to do and I love the triple warranty I have on it. Its a lifetime warranty. I like that they will come out to your house once a year and inspect their product and clean your roof and gutters as needed and if they find any issues with there product they will replace it for free. The cost of this product is way less than other products out there and if you have a Costco card you can get this product put on your house for a better price. I am very happy and satisfied with this product and the company.

The product and service are excellent. Questions are answered and workers are skilled and personable. I highly recommend the company and the gutters wearing helmets!

I am quite satisfied with the Gutter Helmet system that was installed and the fact that they do annual cleaning of the gutters was quite an unexpected bonus. Corey, who did the gutter cleaning was great. Very friendly, courteous, and personable and did a careful cleaning of our gutters I strongly recommend having Gutter Helmet install your gutters and gutter cover.

Takes a while to set up the actual job. Thought they forgot about me. The installers were quick but courteous.

Everything was great except the price

Communication by email regarding timelines, from the time they received the order, through installation, was excellent. They installed the system ahead of schedule. Very efficient and well-run company.

From the moment I called to schedule a free estimate, to the final payment of the bill, all employees were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. During the estimate process that salesman did not talk negatively about his competitors, he strictly stuck to his products value and the process of install. During the scheduling and install there was a mix up in the date they were to come to my home, though the date had to change they were wonderful about finding a time and date that worked well for my schedule and within 5 days of the original install. It was a minor miscommunication on my part, not the companies. Finally, the day of install the worker did a fabulous job of working efficiently and to a high level of precision to make our new gutter and gutter helmet placement look perfect. I have already suggested them to three of my neighbors and co-workers. Thank you, Harry H. for a job well done. And a product that has lived up to its work - Amy R., WA.

The two installers (Vince and Kasey) were professional and courteous in all aspects.. The work was done quickly and with quality.. They even went above and beyond and cleaned our kitchen skylights for us.. Afterwards, they spent time to clean the worksite and insure all was well. The product looks marvelous and I would definitely hire them again and/or advise others to hire them as well.. Well Done!!

I would totally hire them for any future projects and recommend them to my friends and family. They were very polite while they were here and cleaned up well after themselves.
