1. Arrived on time. 2. introduced me to roofing crew. 3. explained what would be done 4. removed old roof. 5. took pictures of any bad sheeting and showed me the problem areas 6. replaced bad sheeting 7. roofed house according to manufacture requirements so roof would be under warranty 8. insured no foliage around house was damaged. 9 did acomplete cleanup after roof was shingled 10. Explained all the extra costs (sheathing) which was also noted in the estimate so there were NO SUSPRISES 11 Sat down with me and explained the warranty and how I had to register it online. 12 Followed up with e-mail with receipt and link to register my warranty In summary: The entire team was very professional. Their attitude was that I, the customer had to be 110% satisfied before the job was considered completed. When they left,there was NO cleanup work that I had to do. Except for the new roof, you wouldn't have known they were there. It was a pleasure to do work with them, from the estimate through the completion of the job. When I called to make an appointment, my call was answered in a friendly and professional manner (thank you!). An appointment for an estimate was scheduled. Don arrived promptly for the estimate appointment, provided a verbal and email estimate. On the day of repair he arrived at the promised time and did the work he promised. We were very happy with the results and plan to tell our friends and neighbors to use Scro's Roofing!

We were remiss in not submitting this review sooner. Though late, we want to give credit where it is due. We had a wonderful experience with Scro's Roofing. Mr Don Scro's demeanor and work reflected the qualities of the companys mission of integrity, reliability, respect and quality. We certainly would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

They were so great, they have done seven or eight homes in our subdivision. The owner even gets up on the roof to make sure that the estimate is correct.

An excellent experience. Very professional from start to finish. Office was responsive. Salesman was courteous and informative -- Not pushy. They worked with me to schedule the job when I could be home (I travel a good bit for work ). They called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. Called the morning the work was to begin to let me know they were on the way. Arrived on time, ready to work. Danny was great -- watched the doppler radar and called a stopping point when it looked like it might rain. Came back the next morning and finished the job. His entire work crew were pleasant and courteous. The result looks great. Left the place cleaner than they found it. I have found only one old nail in the dirt since they left and I think that is amazing. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who needed roof repairs. If I have to do this again I will call SCRO's roofing. Just one small thing - ask for the TAMKO warranty information to be on "original" forms. The PDF on the Tamko website is a poor quality scanned image that I cannot read (even with my reading glasses on).

Don showed up right on time, gave me an extimate to replace the vent boot that was leaking and also to replace the other two. He went up on the roof replaced all three in less than an hour, then investigated the leaks on one of the roofs. He immediately found the problem and sealed the two areas involved. When I asked him how much I owed him, he just gave me the figure he'd quoted for the boots, so I insisted he take another $25.00!

We did not have an emergency situation but it was about a week before someone could take a look at a leak we had. We knew it was probably a problem with the flashing so we were OK with waiting as it wasn't urgent. They called to remind us of the appointment and showed up within time frame given. The worker was very polite and seemed to check things out in a thorough manner. My only complaint was cost. It took him about 10-15 minutes to fix the problem and then charged $125. He did quote before starting the work but we had no idea how fast it would go. I do not know how their prices would be for a new roof, but for a minor repair, it just seemed overkill. Other than that, the service was good but if we needed major roof work done, I would probably obtain several estimates before settling on Scro's.

Excellent experience. Team was very professional and timely. Quality of work appears excellent. Team could have done better job cleaning gutters after installation.

After calling another roofing company (who declined to help me and recommended SCRO's), I got the company voice mail, left my contact information, and about an hour later Becky returned my call. I explained I had a leak on my roof that damaged some drywall in our master bedroom and she was able to get Don out to the house the same day to give us an estimate ($345.00). The next day, Becky called back to schedule an appointment and informed us Don could come that Friday between 7:30am-8:00am. That Friday, Don arrived as promised, on time, and got to work without either myself or my wife needing to be at the house. It hasn't rained since so I'm unable to tell you whether or not Don fixed our problem but I was very happy with the company's responsiveness and professionalism. The price seemed right and both Becky and April were very nice to deal with over the phone. This is not a ding on SCRO's roofing by any means, but the company charges at 1.5% surcharge on credit card transactions - this is spelled out explicitly on their website so I was not surprised when I called in to pay my invoice.

From beginning to end, this was a very pleasant experience. The crew was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I thought they were very responsive. They cleaned up very well after the work. I have been very pleased with them. I am not sure if I would use them again, because the company is under different ownership than when I used them before. I would definitely consider them though.

They were very professional, honest and fair. The first man that came actually gave us an estimate to have a new roof put on but he said you might want to call the repairman and have him get up on the roof and look at it. He came back and took pictures of what needed to be repaired. He gave us a quote and my husband asked when he could do it and he said the he could do it right now. So, within a matter of an hour, it was all finished. We were extremely pleased. We appreciated that very much.

Don took the time to climb on my roof and inspect the area where water was leaking into my garage. He then prepared an estimate specifying what he proposed to due. Don did the work himself, when he said he would do it, and finished the job when he said it would be done at the price he quoted me in his estimate. I watched the work being done and it appeared to me to be well done in a professional manner. I was very much pleased with Scro's Roofing and highly recommend them.

Scro's was prompt, responsive and very professional. They gave us an estimate, and came out to do the work very promptly after we gave them the OK. They took out the old fan and installed the new fan without incident.

Someone told me that Scro?s was a good company to hire many years ago, so I kept their contact information. Since then I have called them 4-5 times for various things, from checking out minor roof concerns to suggestions on others companies for gutter repair, ect. Recently I noticed some pieces of shingle in our yard, so of course I called Scro?s right away. Turns out or roof was shot, the Scro?s representative was on the ball enough to notice that we had had hail damage in the past. He explained that hail can cause premature failure of a roof & that we could be covered by insurance. The Scro?s company met with our insurance company, taking pictures for them & answering their questions. The roof wound up being coved by insurance! Thank you Scro?s!

This is the second time I have used Scro Roofing. Two years ago I had them replace a broked seal the was causing a leak. This time we had them replace the whole roof due to finding a long term leak that had damaged the area between the siding and the interior walls. They provided a written estamite quickly and worked with me to get the work done ASAP. They were so professional and very safety conscious. I loved that the men wore safety harnesses while on the roof. They cleaned up daily. They also provided me with pictures of the roof damage and how they installed barriors so the leak would not happen again. Love this company!!

We had water coming into the home. We fixed a problem in the roof but they came out and assessed another area. They determined it was with the gutters and fixed it right on spot.

The phone call to the company was excellent - she was efficient in telling me when the person could come over for an estimate -- and there was little - if any - waiting time for an estimate. The price was great so I scheduled the repair as soon as possible. When he came out to do the repair he was prepared with all materials, worked efficiently to complete the repair - even taking photos so that I could see the 'before', 'during' and 'after' - you would not believe the mess that he uncovered -- but true to his word - he did not increase the price of his repair -- he did it all for the quoted amount -- and a superior job at that. Now when it rains, I smile. THANK YOU!!

I cannot express enough how impressed we are with Scros Roofing! They came out to give an estimate on numerous problems that we thought we had with the roof that other companies said from their estimates. After inspecting the roof, Don said that nothing needs to be done and that we have another 4 to 5 years before replacing the roof. Don Scro came out and gave us an estimate for our roof which was leaking. Out of 4 roof repair companies, he was the ONLY one who go up on the roof. We were blown away that no one else would get on the roof for a repair they were quoting/guessing the problem. Don walked our entire roof, found a few other problem areas including chimney & pipe flashing, took photos, and when he came down from the roof thoroughly explained everything he saw. He was very polite, timely and did a great job. He even patched the problem area for free when he did the estimate so we would not have anymore interior damage. We would highly recommend Scro's Roofing.. We give them an A+ in EVERY category!

Don Scro of Scro's Roofing Company came to give me an estimate on fixing my roof which was leaking. In addition to replacing some missing shingles, he also quoted replacement of some seals around pipes on the roof which were cracked, nailing some other shingles which were starting to come up and replacement of a leaking skylight. He told me that, if I agreed with the estimate, he could repair everything right away except for the skylight (which he would have to order). I was given two estimates - one for the immediate work and one for replacing the skylight. The estimate was agreeable and he finished the work the same morning. His repair work was tested that evening with a severe thunderstorm and I was very pleased to see no leaking. The office called to schedule the skylight replacement which is scheduled next week. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use Scro's Roofing again and highly recommend them.

Only issue that occured was finding my house. Just a slight breakdown in getting address spelling correct. No confusion, very civil, very friendly, got the job done quickly and left no mess behind. Will call them when other needs occur
