Jim Banks Irrigation

Business was open until 6 PM. I called and left a message. Immediately !!!! Jim was there to help me. He texted me. He asked me questions about my system. I found the power box and tested it. There was power. When I plugged the system back in, it now turned on the system. Jim called and walked me through the system. It looks like we had success! Thanks so much for your help.

Jim was on time and very professional.  He completed the backflow testing and I had time to ask him additional question on making some changes to my irrigation lines. He was able to give me an estimate for the irrigation work that I have planned for late this year or early spring next year.  I would use Jim Banks again.

Jim was really good working with our schedule. We were putting in a pool and sod, the irrigation lines had to be placed in a small amount of time between the two and he was very good with getting it done! We have great coverage now, they were here when they said they would be and also done when they said they would be. Everything works amazing, we will be using Jim Banks for any irrigation work needed in the future.

I purchased a home that had an irrigation system and one I figured out how to use it I discovered I had some problems that needed some repair. I called Jim and he was very quick to return my call and was covered up but stated he would try and get me by the end of the week. Jim called on Thursday and stated he had some time. When he arrived he jumped right in checking the entire system and identifying the problem with one of the zones as well as identifying the heads that needed replacing. It was VERY apparent that Jim knew what he was doing and had a method down on how to get what I needed accomplished. He was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Mr Banks was in contact with me within hours of my Angie's List inquiry and we set up a time for later that week. He arrived when he said he would, went to work immediately on the sprinklers, some of which had to be dug out. He replaced the heads with an different model and made sure they were all working and directing where they needed to be. We were very satisfied that our sprinkler system was back to operational so quickly.

Jim was awesome. He is a man of his word, professional, polite and was willing to take the time to walk me through all the aspects of my system. He showed me how the system works on the control box, set up the timers accurately for 3 days of the week, identified where the irrigation heads were and evaluated if the layout was effective enough for my property. He is extremely knowledgeable and a wealth of information. I'd recommend him and use his services again.
