Lawn Tool Repair
After speaking with the guy there I told him to fix what needed to be fixed inorder to cut grass. I thought mower was old and I really did not want to put too much into it. He advised me he would work on it and it should only take 1-2 days because they did not have
a lot of repairs to do. I had told him that if it took any longer then that I was going not worry about it any longer. I would just buy a new one. After leaving there we started looking for another tractor. We found one and purchased it. After a couple of days of not hearing from them I had told my boyfriend call them to cancel repair work.He left two messages with one of the workers for them to get back with us because we did not want the work done any longer. That was after 2 days of leaving there. It took them about 10 days to call and tell us that our tractor was ready. He went over and paid for it. We used the old tractor once and then my boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident so we did not worry about the tractor or grass at that point. After he was released from the hospital we tried the
mower again and it was not working. It was doing the same thing it did before we paid to have it fixed. We took it back over and they said they would fix it. We advised them we had changed the fuel filter on it before we brought it over to them. They said they replaced
the fuel filter and did something else to it and wanted us to pay more for it. I advised them we shouldn't have to pay anything because it was still doing the same thing that it was brought over there to fix. They did not fix it properly and after the gentleman tried saying
it was something different he finally said to just leave and don't worry about the bill. Well we have had the tractor for about 2 weeks
and it will not even start now. I am very disappointed in their customer service and their workmenship.
