 + -1 moreI was standing outside the Ridgeview library on YouTube when Hemp Sigmon sent some goon akin to "Sea Bass" in "Dumb and Dumber" to ask what I was doing--I was on YouTube, then Hemp Sigmon blamed the goon and not the bozo in management who sent him over there; you would think all the money the city is paying Mr. Hemp his people would act right but you'd be wrong
Description of Work: There was also a gas leak maybe because of the weed smell and beer cans

It was apparent the quality of work done by Kemp as done by others. Additional work, outside original contract, agreed to and provided by Kemp at later date. Work was done in profession manner.

Description of Work: I last used Kemp Sigmon Construction for an estimate within the last 6 months. I am going to do a complete remodel, knock down walls, replumbing take care of a floor. Rewire the house and put insulation in as well as windows.
