Working with Zen Windows was great! Getting the costs was simple - unlike some of the other companies that want to give you a three-hour presentation before they give you an outrageous price. The installation crews were excellent. There are supply chain delays but Zen kept us informed through the wait. Most importantly we love our new windows and doors. Great company with great people.

This was the easiest transaction that I have had with a replacement job. The workers were super nice. Very professional. I was kept informed right from the quote phase to when the the windows were installed and after. No hard sell, explained all the options to me. After receiving several quotes for replacement windows, I happened to find their website, so glad I did. From the no-hassle quote to the installation, it was a very smooth process. Ty guided me through the quote, answered my numerous questions and made revisions until we reached a final figure. Measurements were verified by Scott, order was placed and I was kept updated during the ordering process. The installation crew - Warren, Glenn and Jesse - were fantastic. Very professional, cleaned up as they went, answered questions and gave us a tutorial on the operation of our new windows. No payment until job was completed and we were satisfied - my only regret is that we should have done this years ago. Can’t wait to see what a difference this will make on our heating bill.

We researched like maniacs!! There are so many replacement window options and even more companies to choose from! It can be extremely overwhelming and we quickly experienced information over load. In order to come to an informed decision, we narrowed it down to two factors. 1) choose a quality, trusted manufacturer with one **** of a warranty and then, 2) find a company with a stellar reputation backed up by actual clients. This equation was sure to be a win! Overwhelmingly this is what we came up with... Soft-Lite brand+Zen Windows = Satisfaction Guaranteed. We are so happy with our windows. The crew was punctual and removed and installed the windows in a little over 6 hours. I was concerned about what they would find when removing the 1922 rope and weight windows but everything went very smoothly. I had done quite a bit of research and this company and window consistently was the highest rated. The new windows look great and I can tell a difference in the noise level from outside and the insulation against cold air and wind. The price reflects disposal of the windows which due to the age of the house had lead based paint as well as 2 metal awnings that had been installed many years ago and were an eyesore and also at one time were painted with lead based paint. I would highly recommend both the windows and the Zen Windows company.

Great....the porch looks and feels fantastic. No more wet porch after rain, or shredded blinds from the wind. The windows move easily and the door is terrific in the way the screen operates. I have received many compliments on the appearance. And no issues so far with function. The only minor issue was they forgot to send two screens but they are on the way. My son owns the house

Zen made the window replacement process very easy. From the start, to get a quote we just had to take some pictures of our current windows and email to Zen. No hours spent with a salesperson in our home, pushing there if you order today deals. When our windows came in, their install team made sure we knew what to expect and kept as distant as they could from our family. Work areas were cleaned after, and we received a walk thru of our windows and time to answer any questions we had. Super simple, the windows have added beauty to the back of our home, and we are already seeing the benefits of their ability to block the heat of the sun. We will be using Zen as we continue to replace all the windows in our home.

We quickly received an email quote based on pictures and the rough measurements we emailed to Zen, as well as quick responses to several questions. Being hands-on people, we asked Brian (Zen president) to come to our home to show us an actual window sample and he came at a mutually agreeable time. Once we decided to use Zen for our windows, the installation manager, Scott, came by and took detailed measurements. Although we were advised it would be 4-7 weeks before the windows were ready, they actually were ready after about 3 weeks and installation was scheduled about a week after that. The 2-man installation crew were great. They arrived promptly, worked steadily, and were able to complete the interior installation of all the windows in one day. They came back the next day to finish the exterior trim work. They were personable, professional, skilled, careful inside and out, and cleaned everything up well afterwards. The installation manager came by twice each day to check on progress. There was excellent communication by phone, email, or in person throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Overall, it went well. Both Brian and Scott are sometimes difficult to reach but they usually contact you. The job took a little longer than I hoped but as we were not in a hurry it did not matter.

Work was done 9 months ago. We did extensive investigation prior to our meetings with salespeople from 4 companies, First, it was very easy to obtain all the needed information to make a decision to go with Zen Windows from Brian online, and that surprised me since we met with other companies in person. So, no high pressure salespeople. Second, Brian responded to my all of my emails and questions immediately, and at all times including evenings and weekends. Third, we were extremely impressed with the Zen installers as they all worked in unison and were highly professional. They left the house very clean when they finished the job. Fourth, the cost was extremely competitive. Last, the difference we are seeing in comfort and savings is wonderful. We are very confident in recommending Brian and Zen Windows. PS, make sure you obtain the warranties in writing from any company you work with. The Zen warranty was the most comprehensive one we received.

Incredible. Wish all home-improvement businesses operated like Zen Windows Carolina. Brian answered my initial call and all of my questions. He produced the initial estimate without a visit. Pricing was reasonable. Window manufacturer checked-out as being at-or-near top-tier. First visit was for measurements. Second visit was to install. Brian kept constant contact with us regarding window order, delivery, inspection, and install set-up. Install day - crew called ahead and arrived early (first time I've ever seen this), began install at 8a & completed all work by 2p. Installer gave me a short demonstration on how everything works. Windows were clean, fully operable, and looking great as they drove away. While the workmanship is great, the way Brian runs the business is top-notch. I greatly appreciate the customer service, attention to detail, and communication throughout the process. If the home improvement industry could take a cue from Brian on how to run a business, us homeowners wouldn't dread hiring contractors so much. Bottom line: You need windows? Hire Zen Windows Carolina, and don't spend much effort chasing other providers. And if Zen Windows Carolina ever gets into any other line of work, hire them for that too. :-)

Brian, the owner of Zen Windows is the utmost professional. He is honest, follows-up and answers questions immediately. The process from beginning to end was flawless. Scott came out to take an exact measurement for the windows; the windows were ordered and we were kept up-to-date on delivery and the process. An appointment was made for installation and the team arrived on time. They installed the windows, cleaned up the work area and provided a demonstration on cleaning and operation. I will definitely order from Zen again as I replace windows. I would not use any other vendor. This type of customer service and professionalism is hard to come by in today's market. I highly recommend Brian and his team if you are looking to replace windows. I wish he provided other services in addition to windows and doors. Other companies could learn a lot about professionalism and follow through from Brian and his team.

The process was very easy and low key. I sent Brian pictures and he came out to verify a few measurements, then sent me a quote. Even though I viewed the windows online, I asked for homes in my areas that had used Zen. He readily provided several addresses and I went by the homes. As stated in the agreement, nothing was paid until I was satisfied. The work went smoothly and the installers did a great job of cleaning up. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. Brian came by both days to check on things. The first night after our windows were installed, we noticed our home was quieter. The windows seal tightly and are so easy to open and close. The color match was perfect and we were getting compliments from the neighbors before the work was even finished. The slight tint does not make the windows look like a black hole, as I have seen with other companies. Inside, the tint still lets in plenty of light but reduces the glare nicely. Lastly, pricing is very competitive. Zen was almost exactly the same as my quote from Pella. We have already recommended Zen to several neighbors and would happily use them again.

I reached out for an estimate to get 3 windows replaced where seals had broken. Brian replied back and informed me that it was a common problem, but whole window replacement wasn’t needed, which is what his company does. Instead of trying to wiggle in and give me something I didn’t need, he offered names for two other companies that may be a better fit. That takes INTEGRITY and I greatly appreciate it. If I ever needed full window replacement, Zen is the first place I would turn.
