Description of Work: I have used Willmann plumbing on several occasions for rental property repairs. Mrs Willmann is a delight on the phone and the plumbers are very good as well. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: This plumbing company was to install a faucet, fix two toilets and two drains. On the first visit they sent an intern with no capability to do the job. The second time they sent a capable plumber, but he installed a defective faucet and suggested we rig it with a new part from a different faucet. The problem there was we invalidated the warranty, so I had to have them come out a third time to fix the faucet. Bottomline - they did not provide adequate efficient service.

+ 1 moreFantastic - Betty was easy to work with on the phone, and Andy did the work onsite and Jim Willman did the initial estimate. They worked with us on significant scheduling changes, and gave great recommendations on better ideas for how to handle the project (we did most of the cosmetic ourselves). They were neat, efficient, friendly, and everything great we could expect or hope for from someone working on our home. The work was excellent as well. I think the price was fair for the work, but excellent for the flexibility.
Description of Work: Willman plumbing performed major bathroom remodel work for us, including installing a whirlpool tub, shifting plumbing around for the shower, demolition and removal of the old tub, and reseating the toilet. The work took place over a several month period (our scheduling, not theirs).

IT TOOK THIS COMPANY 4 VISITS TO FIGURE OUT THAT THE HOSE NEEDED TP BE HIGHER THAN THE FLOW OF THE WATER . THE 5 TIME WAS FOR THEM ADJUSTING A LEAKING PIPE BECAUSE THEY HAD FIDDLED WITH IT SO MUCH. I DON'T FEEL THE COMPANY WAS COMPETENT, BUT WAS VERY RESPONSE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE SITUATION TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
