SOMEONE CALLED VERY LATE IN THE EVENING FROM A PHONE IN HOME DEPOT AND REQUESTED A QUICK PRICE ON A PLUMBING JOB. ONLY ONE OF OUR SECRETARIES WERE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME AND RELAYED THE MESSAGE TO ONE OF OUR SERVICMEN. WHEN WE RETURNED THE CALL A SHORT TIME LATER, WE COULD NOT REACH THIS PERSON AT HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN NOR THROUGH THE HOME DEPOT PERSONNEL. MANY TIMES, CELL PHONES MAY NOT ALWAYS GET RECEPTION IN THESE LARGE HOME CENTERS. SORRY, BUT WE DID TRY TO CONTACT HIM BACK.
