Weatherguard just finished our new roof, and we couldn't be happier.  
They helped immensely with our insurance adjuster. They walked the entire roof with the adjuster and helped to ensure that we got the most out of our insurance claim.  
Their their work was professional, speedy, and top notch. The roof is perfect, and their clean up afterwards was tidy, as well.  
The Weatherguard support staff has also been eager to help, professional, and courteous. This is a fantastic company. I highly recommend them!  

Excellent.     Kept us well-informed of progress and of timeframes.     Did an excellent job of discarding old materials and cleaning up debris resulting from roof repair.      Office staff was extremely helpful in resolving any questions I had regarding the invoices.   The office staff even followed up with my insurance company regarding a question I had regarding the hold-back.     I would highly recommend them.

From the beginning of the process, our sales representative communicated with us what to expect through the process.  He was involved in helping us get approved with our insurance company through the hail damage inspection.  This company installed the highest quality product in their industry, and it looks great.  The installation crew arrived on time, kept us informed of their progress as the day progressed, and was professional.  They also were very thorough in their clean up at the end of the day.  I expected to find lots of nails to clean up after they had finished, but was thrilled at how well they cleaned up.  I even double checked the driveway to make sure we wouldn't drive over any nails with our cars, and I didn't find a single nail.  Overall, I am very happy I used Weatherguard for our new roof.  I can't really think of anything that was a negative.

They are very professional and trustworthy. They responded quickly to our inquiry, walked us through the process and made us feel completely at ease. The installers worked very hard and were very courteous and efficient.

Nate from Weatherguard was extremely helpful and professional. He provided expertise and advice on our existing roof, and also helped us with the insurance filing process. He knew each step of the process from start to finish, told us what to expect, and followed through exactly as he described (claims process, material delivery/placement, roofing process). The crew was on time (10-15 mins - early!), installed a beautiful roof, and cleaned up extremely well. There was no debris in our yard or bushes. Really a class job from start to finish. Thanks Nate and Weatherguard!!

The service was excellent, the insurance paid for it. Customer service was excellent and the work was excellent as well. I had no issues with them.
