I'll say out of the gate that Larry is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. His company did the original work on a garage to cottage conversion behind my home. Great original work. They installed a water pump to pump water from the cottage back to the main house's plumbing. The pump has an electrical short and I have to literally kick the pipe above ground to kick start the pump about once a month. When it's not working water has backed up and overflowed in the cottage which has hardwood floors.
I called Larry 2-3 weeks ago to place a service call and he said "I'll be there tomorrow."
He has never shown up and I've called back 5-6 times and left messages. He simply refuses to call back or show up.
Sadly, I will NEVER use this company again for anything.

I was referred to Larry with Waterworks by a friend. Larry was very friendly and helpful over the phone and explained how much it would cost. He arrived on time and was very professional, and I especially appreciated that he was very clean and careful to do a nice job and not damage anything in my home. Everything that he did looks and works great and he followed up with me a few days later to make sure there were no problems. Plus he was very knowledgeable and spent time exlaining water heater options for another part of the house. It was a very positive experience which I was thankful for after past experiences with other plumbers.
