I started dealing with Ms. Haney in February of 2012 when I began my search; she prequalified me and processed appplications with the VA to secure my necessary certificate of eligibility. After several months of looking at numerous homes, almost to the point that I was losing interest, I finally located a FSBO that greatly appealed to me; Ms. Haney advised me of all the necessary steps, and let the rate float, keeping me appraised of daily changes until interest rates settled at a rate satisfactory to my objectives, at which point the rate was locked. All steps were done in a timely, thorough and professional manner, up to and including the final setlement/closing.
