It is very well decorated. They take their time with me doing my hair. Everybody is very friendly in there. It does not look like it. When you go in, it just looks like a big city, but it is very nice and low-key kind of place. The price is not bad. I have been looking around and it is pretty much average.

I like the quality of the stylists.

I met with three different individuals for each of the services. I thought my brow wax was overpriced for the quality; I found myself tweezing unwanted hairs two days later. I usually am fine for a week and a half after a thorough brow wax.

My facialist seemed new and inexperienced. I am 29 and regularly get an Aveda Elemental facial; however, she suggested I try another type of facial, but failed to explain what that entailed. I realized I paid more than I normally would and didn't recieve any extractions. My skin looked just as congested in three days as it had prior to the facial.

I have short hair and needed a trim. This was the last service I was scheduled for. My booked hairstylist was not available and I was rescheduled with someone else. During this time, I was made to wait in the front lounge, after having a wax, facial, and a head massage (part of the facial). This was quiet embarrassing as anyone entering the salon could see me with my face all red and raw, and my hair oiled and my short hair sticking up everywhere. Unfortunately, the second stylist couldn't fit me in, so they assigned me to a thrid stylist (Andee). After what was a 15-20 minute wait, I was taken back to the hair area, where I saw multiple people just standing around and chatting. This was midday on a Tuesday and there was 1 other person getting a haircut, yet I waited for 20 minutes.

In the end it must have been fate that I got Andee, because she did an amazing job with my hair. I have a pixie cut, that I'm trying to grow out, and she had gone through that process before. She didn't overcut, which most stylist are tempted to do. In this case, less is more. I am going to stick with Andee throughout my hair-growing process!

I had recently moved to Charlotte and needed to choose a salon. Based on my experience, I will stick with Varji and Varji for my haircuts only.

It's beautiful. She listened well to what I wanted because I was completely changing my hairstyle. They offered me something to drink. They are in a very upscale location. However, their prices don't reflect that unlike a lot of the other salons. They do a fabulous job and their customer service is excellent. I have made another appointment with them to go back.

Overall a great experience. Easy to book an appointment at my desired time, and a very nice atmosphere in the salon. Excellent price on hair cut ($40 + tip) - (this is for long,thick hair, and included a full blow-drying), threading is a little pricey ($25 brows/$22 lip +tip) but she did a great job and overhead costs are higher for this service at a salon, so not unreasonable. I would definitely recommend this salon and in particular, Arya.

I have been going to them for about two months. The are great. It is a nice atmosphere. It is very clean as well. They have great service. Dorian is who I used there. She is very nice and personable. I was satisfied with my overall service. She listened and had great input and ideas.

The color has held up very well and I really like the salon. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone. It's the best color I have had.
