Was willing to work my car into his schedule for a same day call.  Gave great response, and a wonderful price.  Very trustworthy and professional.

It's so hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but TTS seems worthy. My first visit was to have a muffler installed on my daughters Subaru and to fix the molding around the windshield. For the muffler, the cost was about half what the dealer wanted. I'm not surprised it was less but TTS talked to me about exactly what had to be done and only did what they had to. The windshield was more problematic. The previous owner had filled in a long gap of missing seal with black gunk. TTS doesn't do windshields but they had someone who had done windshields in the past. We talked through three different options and the cost. We chose to get a new seal from the dealer and then they put it on around the existing windshield, including removing all the black gunk. It looks great and it was inexpensive.
With this great an experience I went back to them for my next repair. My Toyota Highlander had the water pump go bad. On this vehicle, the pump is deep down beside the engine. I got a few quotes and everyone said they have to undo the engine mounts to get to the water pump which makes it an expensive repair. TTS was cheaper than another great shop here in Charlotte and so I gave them my business again and my Highlander is on the road again. I'll give them more business in the future.
They are busy though, so make an appointment and be a little patient. The price and quality of the work make them worth any wait.

The guys are great. Dave and Steve are two brothers who run the family-owned business. Honest, upfront about costs, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable!! I was really impressed by just how knowledgeable they were about so many things. This is a great shop with two good guys, and I won't take my truck anywhere else.

Priced the job up front and kept to their estimate. Insisted on using quality parts, which I prefer. Showed me the problem areas and explained the repairs beforehand and showed me the completed repairs afterwards.
I did have to return with a minor problem, which was explained to me and fixed quickly while I waited.
Two brothers run this shop and at times they really have their hands full. However, it you are willing to be patient, they will take care of you.

awesome experience. we made the appointment for a day that was convenient. took the car in at 7am and it was all done and back home by noon. these guys know what they are doing. gave me an estimate over the phone and they stuck with it. no trying to up-sell once we got there. i won't go anywhere else from now on. other quotes for the exact same service were sometimes double what tts charged. Honest, hardworking.

Made an appointment several days in advance for both the emissions work and the air conditioning repair. While they had the car, TTS provided great information as to the timing of the work as well as accurate estimates of the cost of the work. The work was completed on time, as promised, for very reasonable cost for a couple of big repairs. The work was completed a month ago, and we have been driving the car since with no problems.

Dave and Steve are great to work with. We use them to service our fleet of vehicles where I work. The employees are so pleased that they have begun taking their personal vehicles there as well!

It took 1.5 days but they found the real problem and fixed it. They didn't waste my time and money fixing what didn't need fixing! I've used them for the 15 years I have lived in Charlotte, NC and recomend them to all my family, co-workers and friends.
